Default Upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit

Got it in the mail today. Dad got it for me for free ( He works for MS)
Up till now I've been running Win XP SP3, and Ubuntu. Guess it's time to format and start over...

In order for it to be free, it must be sent in the mail to someone with a matching last name of the person who works for MS, but once I get this up and running. I've got no problem ****************************************. I just need somewhere to upload the file...
    EDITED.
