Default Possible to change url of smart?

I was just wondering if I could change the address that smart uses since it goes to the runescape page I was thinking of it can go to like a regular page like for example, Google. Is it possible to make smart go there and do some botting instead of runescape?

SCAR or Simba? It should work in SCAR but not Simba I think.

And you can't simply change the URL of SMART for it to do something else.

It won't work in SCAR or Simba. Tryed both. I put the dll file in the plugins folder correct? It is only 1 dll file right?
