Question What To Use For This?

Hi, I was going to create a bot for a little flash type of game, it is a 2D car games that all you gotta do is use the arrow keys and don't hit the walls so I was thinking what kind of commands and stuff should I input to make it not hit the walls and uses the arrow keys to move and turn and whatever. I have no clue what is a good way to do this.

Well I want to make this for my friend and it is for some kind of website that you earn points to get money from playing games and it actually works so he wants a bot to play the game for him. Also you can only access the website is if you login which you gotta have a invite from a member to get into it. It is just a basic top view game that just moves with the arrow keys. When my friend responds I will tell him to post a pic if that would help.
