    Can you get Simba to open command prompt?

    Reset IP probably..

    You can do this very easily in a plugin or with API calls.

    PressKey();?
    Windows key + R -> TypeSend('cmd');

    It looks quite sloppy, sure; but it's always worked for my shutdown procedure.

    PressKey(?); What goes there? And Windows Key isn't a variable.
