    Default Members To Free

I don't know if this has been brought up to par or anything, but lets say your declareing 2 players.

The 1st one is a member and the 2nd one is a non-member.

For the 1st one your going to have members activated, therfore he will log into a member world. Now when he is done, the 2nd player will go and try to log in, and it will deny his login because he is not a member and can not log into the same world that the 1st player logged into.

This can be a problem for a lot of users especially now that we implemented the Seers Wcing. Which means alot of players will only be able to use that member account to bot on because his other players would not be able to log in.

I was thinking maybe we can add a function that if it fails to join a world it trys a free world or something.

I don't know if this works vise versa, as if you log into the free account first and then the members account.

    Post your thoughts on this.

umm acually good idea, but, if player 2 completes hes work, and player 1 is back on again, he wil log in in the f2p world with p2p items...

but uhh, i think it could be good if for where you declere your players, for every one player you specify world, so it wount be problem
i`m here as long as don`t get in the way...

There's now a Member option for each player in DeclarePlayers. I added this the last time someone mentioned this. I thought it was this thread, but I guess it was another?

E: Nevermind, didn't read the whole thread. This is entirely different. Sorry.

We should just be able to check if the player is Member/Non-member depending on the DeclarePlayers setup, then login to the appropriate world. Although I have no idea of the state of SRL's world changing functions.

SRL's world changing functions are running perfectly.

    Awesome, thank-you.

So I think all that's needed is a simple function (MSI_GetCorrectWorld) that would be called before each player logs in. This actually may be better put in SRL (I thought it was already) that uses Players.Member.

E: Oh, squancy, there are thread prefixes, so when you make the thread, you don't need to put [Bug], just choose the appropriate prefix.

Would go good in LoginPlayer, no?

Yes, IIRC there's already a member check, but I guess it doesn't choose the world.

SRL detects and handles this problem by switching worlds automatically. It might not of worked for the past few days because of some massive include changes, but it should now. Let me know if it doesn't.

Make a bug report thread in the Public SVN bugs section. This seems to be an SRL related problem, not MSI.

I've had next to no time the last while for even MSI, let along look at SRL.

Glad to hear it. I'm marking this thread as resolved now that we know this is an SRL issue.
