I find it interesting that the results are showing the performance of Firefox 3.6, and not 4.0. Which is significantly better.

I like chrome, for me Firefox is a bit slow and takes forever to open whereas chrome is a lot cleaner in it's design and operates fairly smoothly

How could anyone like chrome?!!!!!!! I installed it and used for like 5 mins and then deleted it straight away. Why? Here it is:
    1) Its incognito mode opens in new window! so i have to open an window choose incognito mode and then close the old one
    2) Its extensions are nowhere near as good as firefox
    3) If you wan't to change settings or something its a pain in the back
    4) takes too much mem if too many tabs are open.

As for the startup/loading time chrome loads way faster, but the loading time doesn't seem to be waaaay too good(for me anyway).

Chrome also got the award for being the least secure internet application in the world..

    worse than

    firefox
    ie
    opera
    quicktime
    safari
and a lot more of the big ones

also I don't need google giving my mac address to people B)

Chrome is now finally becoming an option for me once they drop h.264; but I'm probably still sticking to firefox. Firefox is nearly as fast in Javascript and does their acceleration better. It also starts fast enough for me. (Talking about Firefox 4)

    Liking WebGL, WebM and such.

    Also, what kongking said.

The best way to contact me is by email, which you can find on my website: http://wizzup.org
I also get email notifications of private messages, though.

Not to mention there's no equivalent of about:config of FF in chrome. A HUGE minus.

Why would their support of h.264 make you not use Chrome. I would totally not use Chrome for a whole bunch of other reasons, but that would not be one of them.

Hmm, I get tab crashes from horrible web sites that load a billion ads at once. I've never gotten the full browser crash.

Firefox hogs my system too much.

If you have both Firefox and Chrome installed, click them both at the same time. You'll notice Chrome opens up, up to 5 seconds sooner than Firefox does. Not much difference in page-loading but as far as the program it's a lot faster.

Also in Chrome if something makes tons of pop-up boxes you can set it to stop making them. Handy for those troll sites that try to make you click ok about 1000x before you can do anything.

Firefox does the javascript alert blocking as well iirc.

seeing as i only restart firefox to update it, startup times matter very little. The only slight problems i have are that every once in a while, i might notice a slight browser slowdown. But its leagues ahead of what it used to be, and i have no evidence that the same thing wouldnt happen in Chrome for the circumstances that I was in.
