Don't macro on your main unless its p2p and you have less than 3 blackmarks, otherwise you will get perm banned eventually.

Oh and my friend got hacked, and the hacker did stupid shet on his account, so he got banned for Macroing and muted for Abusive Language.

They were both on the same day. He appeals for both, and Jagex immediately unbans him for Macroing. However, they keep him muted and say "We have conclusive evidence you were in control of your account at the time".
