Downloading & Installing Tortoise SVN

I totally could have used that last night. why not just move that from simba general news into the Tutorial section? I figured this would give it a better home

I wasn't talking about a git development guide, just a short part on how to download scripts that used git. The installation is exactly the same, except with a different download link. Getting scripts is the same, except you use git Clone and git Pull rather than SVN Checkout and SVN Update.
