How can I get Scar to Detect Colors on MapleStory?

I'm trying to get Scar to detect colors on MapleStory but it doesn't. I have MapleStory in windowed mode. Scar will detect colors on other programs but will not detect colors on MapleStory.

Might be because SCAR gets the wrong windows handle, they must have done something to prevent things like this.

You could try with Simba, but I guess it would have the same problem.
