Since I think what SRL has for banking is shit (OpenBank) and all that crap.
What would be a better thing to use to open a bank?

well if you think its crap, then make your own![]()
Its not "Shit" first of all don't use that language round here boy its just plain rude. Second of all, if you did some research, in ahem, SRL\SRL\Core\Bank.scar or whatever the heck it is, you'd see that there are more than JUST find bank, such as FindBankGlass or whatever, and OpenBankQuiet. These two are very great procedures that work flawlessly. And if you wanted...

hakuna matata ;)
Well sorry, but if you tried applying them in your scripts, then you'd see half of them dont work the way you'd like.
okay sorry,
In that case, I think i should even publish it. The little white kid that made SRL Banking work :P the NPP will be awarded,!Code:Since I think what SRL has for banking is a little bit buggy and all, I would like to ask what would be a better piece of code to use to open a bank??
Ironically, Scar is impossible without SRL. So If i were to make one, it'd be based on what it has there on SRL.... Which wouldnt be original.
And Ejj, thanks for suggesting the OpenBankQuiet once since i didnt try that yet.

What's your complaint? Are you using 1) the latest SRL, 2) Very Bright screen setting, 3) highest (or I think one of them works best with lowest) camera angle, 4) facing the bank booth?
SRL Core has been tested a lot, and as much as it sounds rude, the problem now is more often the user than the devs.
If you'd rather have your own, do this.
FindColorSpiralTolerance a few times for a color, booth glass or the wood edge thing, or really any that doesn't occur much elsewhere
MMouse over it and check IsUpTextMulti for the 'Bank' option
Mouse the place
ClickOption the 'Bank-Quickly'
Flag and Wait a bit
repeat the above until PinScreen or BankScreen
if at PinScreen, click the digits
repeat until BankScreen
thats betterand trust me they arent crap, they work just fine. and like i said before, if they dont do what you want it to do then no ones stopping you from making your own banking procedure
Dankness Chop-alls banking, wizzups essence miner and stuff like that have flawless banking, why not have a look at scripts like that and see how the pros do instead of bitching about how SRLs procedures dont work properly for you. Or just make your own procedure, should be easy for you considering youve got the confidence to insult SRLs procedures
Edit: Dankness Chop all is members
Alright, you guys are treating me like shit right now. First of all, im not much of a leecher. Second, I might say I've been playing Rs for a long while before all fo you. 3rd, you dont even see how im trying to apply the banking procedure so you cant judge that I dont know what im doing.

Besides OpenBank, there is OpenBank2, OpenBank3, OpenBankGlass, OpenBankQuiet and FindBank.
OpenBank3 is made especially for Fally. OpenBankGlass works on all Banks, OpenBankQuiet lags but will open your Bank without excessively moving the Mouse. FindBank is one of my feeble attempts to make a noob proove banker.
Just experiment with any of these functions. Note that most Banking routines require you to have Face North.
Refer to Bank.scar to see the codings.
SRL is a Library of routines made by the SRL community written for the Program Simba. We produce Scripts for the game Runescape.
Since the bank opening procedures of SRL are made in general for all banks I recommend editing one specifically for the bank of your use. Thats what I did
SUMMER BREAK be back when I want to

I use OpenBankGlass, by Wizzup it's pretty flawless.
Which bank are you going for? Writing you own specific one is your best bet. Yakman made a cool one in members section for edgy (all my bank scripts are there!), and I made a one for port phasmatys/draynor.
