Defendant's Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 16] :
The defendants have moved to dismiss the plaintiff's claims on grounds that 1) the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over the defendants, both of whom are Florida residents and do not operate any offices or manufacture their products in Massachusetts, and 2) venue is improper in Massachusetts. Alternatively, they move the Court to transfer the case to the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.
