There was a tutorial runner a few months after the trade limit was first put on (years ago)

no this is not the first its probably the 3 or 4th released. But they are not your common wood cutters oh no.

Back then Runescape Tutorial was alot different and it was so longggggggggg and annoying there was maybe 2 working

Then they changed it up and nooone made one after that.

Did they change it again? or is it still the one where you got to defeat the dragon and then mine or chop the branches to get out.. etc

because there was 1 that worked very well for it, and then I went inactive for a while.. I guess none updated

It works wonderfully, altough it missed the goblin once. I would've run more accounts but didn't have much time.

Im talking about back in 05-06 the first turtorial runner that was released.

The dragon one is the "new" one for today age.

Back then it was long, stupid, and boring, and i believe it took about 15-20mins to complete.

Yea I ran it and saw which version of tutorial, this one came out June or July of 2008, and we've had at least 1 tutorial runner for it, I made like 20 bots with it.

#0 got stuck at the "fight goblin" it just stopped.. and then I clicked the goblin and it started going again, no idea what caused that.

but works great, definitely tills out the form faster than I do lol.

question: Can we use disposable email or does jagex ever send a thing to "verify" your email address? because they just sent some dumb letter to the emails I made

Thanks grats, I'll look into the Goblin issue, I haven't had that myself. I'll collect some more colours and redo the tolerances.

Yes you can. The only time you will possibly need to use the email account is for an appeal as far as I know. If you are willing to sacrifice your appeal, go for it

Accounts with 1 mining AND 1 woodcutting are rare now, huh.

    Would seem so.

I can add an option to use woodcutting instead of mining if anyone requests it.

Is it easy to "check" where the player is at in order to find itself if it gets lost.. without reflection?

I think it got stuck at the goblin because it froze for like3 seconds when I opened starcraft 2.. (so it probably clicked the goblin, but it didn't go through to the RS server and it never found itself so I had to manually click)

Also thanks for the response with the email thing, yea I'll probably do a bit more testing with this if I can just use 20minutemail and make a lot xD

so expect a big progress report

runescape "unable to contact email server" even on like 20 different IP addresses, even with 1 legit email try lolol

gotta wait for them to fix their stuff

Thank you so much for the testing grats! Eventually, I will make a system so it can check where it is. It shouldn't be too hard. I'll just make a bitmap of the whole Tutorial map (not very big) and then check against it.

When you type a random email address into the email field of RS are you getting an error? It won't let me do any type of email at all.. on any IP address

We saw 1 update after 8 years of runescape 2.0

I doubt they'd do one 3 years later lol.. even though this tutorial is horrible compared to the first one (doesn't teach you anything)
