    Default Trees near Varrock

So I was walking around Varrock and in a few places came across some trees that were empty to botters. I only marked the spots that were completely empty, as apparently the bots don't know about them, but I'd imagine they won't be empty for forever so might wanna jump on them while you can!

Hope it gives someone a few suggestions of new locations for individual scripts or even MSI.

Edit: Thank you Mr. Klean for re-uploading the image!

What kind of trees? Where in Varrock? What kind of botting? Are they close to bank?

Those are a long distance from the bank. I also saw quite a few bots cutting yew trees north of Varrock, but in these areas I marked there's no one.

The first post has an image in it, but it won't load because it's a bad hoster. Upload it to imgur.

It might be a nice place to powerchop oaks while waiting for the yew tree to respawn, then bank yews once you got a full load.

MSI can powercut anywhere so I don't see how this is an idea for MSI, just choose what type of tree and the script will cut it ...

Powercutting, yes. Infact any power cutter can cut Oak trees, regardless if it's MSI or not. I'm referring to Chop'n'Bank scripts, and no these locations are not currently supported by MSI.

Because they are super far from any bank. It would work well with a chop and burn script however

They're just a little ways beyond the VE mining area, and look how many scripts there are for that, even MSI runs that mine. Infact, 2 of these spots are the exact distance to the bank as that mine is. Whether or not they're slightly further from a bank doesn't make so much difference when you look at how many botters there are at the closer trees to the banks. Sure, you're just a matter of tiles away from a bank, but you're battling what... 10... 20 other bots for 2 oak trees? All it takes is a bit of common sense to be productive, saying "Too far from the bank, I'd rather compete against 20 other bots" is defeating your original purpose.

The east-most oaks are really good if you want to bank; you could rest at the music man if you wanted for more run energy.

Yeah I'd noticed that musician along the run path, is there already a way to read you're player's run energy?

Thank you very much! I was looking for somewhere to cut some trees where there aren't any botters! I'm at the 9 oaks and 1 willow location and you were right... 0 bots! I'm all alone!

Edit* Good news, there's actually 2 willows there!

I botted 80+ WC with Coh3n's powerchopper at the 2 willows spot around a year ago and wasn't disturbed once.
    Hehehehe.

There's thousands of oak trees all in runescape you can run a power chopper for, I located these as they were close to varrock therefore completely "bankable". MSI could obviously take advantage of these spots while they last, rather than battling a swarm of RsBots.

In the long run, you may spend less time walking to the bank from one of these locations compared to competing with the other bots at the popular locations. Nice find

The price of trees has gone to shit so much that trees aren't really viable for money making anymore either way :S

Same could be said for any skilling. The only viable ways to make money now are to do high-level slayer tasks or to merch/flip/turn/whatever they call it these days.
Long ago, the '90s Nicktoons lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the century turned. Only Avatar, the best of the 2000's Nicktoons, could save them. But when the channel needed it most, the show finished. Four years passed and Mike and Bryan created the new Avatar: Legend of Korra. And although the show itself is great, it has a long way to go before it can live up to The Last Airbender. But I believe Korra can save Nickelodeon.

How long does it take to drop an inv full of ore/logs? If you take that into account as well as battling with the other botters I'm sure these locations would be great for Chop N Bank .
