I do not agree on the fault part. Seems pretty hard, why is he even allowed here if we didn't trust him.

That's not for me to decide, but the way i look at it is:

Say your a doctor giving your patient antibiotics. You get an allergy list, but for some reason you forget that one of his allergies is in your antibiotic. You give it to your patient, and all of the sudden he gets a fatal allergic reaction, potentially dies. Even though it was an honest mistake that you where not awear of the allergy that might kill him, it is still your responcibility as a doctor to prevent something like that.

It is clear that naike is banned from the black market, and shouldnt be trusted. OP is responcible for his runescape account, and who he gives his password out to. That doesn't justify naike(if OP does infact provide proof), but OP is still responcible for his account being hacked

He said he would do fight caves for him, to get him a fire cape. So he gave Naike his password with his account geared up, and apparently Naike just took his items.

It's not really his fault, he was just careless. However, naike is the one who did the deed.

Nevertheless, people should learn from their mistakes, and obviously[?] naike has not.

After that I was trying to ask him a question on how long it would take and he stopped answering back. Asked him something else and he didnt answer, clearly didnt give a shit and just wanted my stuff. So there is no doubt in my mind it was him on my account. Back to the proof the pms between us make it soooo clear but i just wish i could have seen it like i do now.

I suspect that you got more than 65 defence as you use bandos, so it'll be great with just that gear
