Are all those trees updated to the new trees? If so, you'll have to wait for the TBox locations update. If they're still the old trees, there's not much we can do since all the colors are basically exactly the same.

1) Yeah I think all tress have been updated now
2) Yeah it's not just this specific script/yews basically I think all tree stuff needs to be fixed/updated hmm TBox Location seems neat, think that will help when it comes to things being very similar in color and nearby?
Most definitely. This update will use tree trunk colours rather than leaves so it will be much much more accurate. If you want to test some locations you can download this version of MSI. Keep in mind that not all locations are properly updated and working yet.
