    What OS?
    Where is Simba installed at?
    Run Simba as an admin as well.

    If those fail, reinstall and try again. Install into C:\Simba\.

    I get this too. Even if I run as administrator.

    I kept getting that too, eventually I just went to the update file url and downloaded the plugins manually.

    I have simba installed in C:\Simba and never had problems.
    There used to be something meaningful here.
