    I don't know the answer to your question, but the forums now have a built in IRC application if you'd like to try it out. Also, if you're looking for alternative software, I use YChat and it's always worked fine for me.

    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(291:131): Invalid number of parameters at line 290
    Compiling failed.
    followed by:
    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL\SRL\misc\SmartParams.Simba(7 8:8): Unknown identifier 'RSReady' at line 77
    Compiling failed.

    None of the scripts i have work, even though they worked before, it won't even open "Smart8".

    I don't think you realize that EVERYTHING was working with any script UNTIL, I tried to use this script: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=95698.

    Now nothing is working. I have Smart8, Stop saying that its the problem when it clearly is not.

    Good thing you apologized. If you have smart 8 then that script must not use smart 8 at the top where it says {$DEFINE SMART} change it to {$DEFINE SMART8} or the other way around it you don't have smart 8

    Ok, it makes a difference using either one, but there is still a problem.

    When I run with Smart8, I get this problem:
    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(291:131): Invalid number of parameters at line 290
    Compiling failed.
    When I run with only Smart, I get this problem:
    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(333:1): Identifier expected at line 332
    Compiling failed.

    When I try running it twice, I get this in both cases.
    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL\SRL\misc\SmartParams.Simba(7 8:8): Unknown identifier 'RSReady' at line 77
    Compiling failed.

    Could u paste what you do on the actual script and on smartparams? Cause this seems like a define issue.
    Example:

    Simba Code:
    program new;

    {$define SMART8}
    {$i srl/srl.simba}

    Smart PARAMS:
    Simba Code:
    Smart Params

    {$DEFINE SRL_SMART}
    {$DEFINE SMART}
    {$loadlib libsmartremote}

    You mean like this?
    Program DannyRSBowFletcher;

    {$Define SMART8}
    {$I SRL/SRL.Simba}
    {$I Sps/Sps.Simba}
    {$I SRL/SRL/Misc/Debug.Simba}
    and:
    Smart Params
    {$DEFINE SRL_SMART}
    {$DEFINE SMART}
    {$loadlib libsmartremote}

    Easiest way, goto my air runner thread, look in first few comments, replace your smartparams with mine, save restart simba, run original script

    You need to add -1 somewhere but I dont remember where, maybe just at the end of spawnclients

    Programming is like trying keep a wall of shifting sand up, you fix one thing but somewhere else starts crumbling

    I tried that and it didn't seem to work. I added the -1 to the end of the spawnclients (where the error is)

    Simba code:
    {$IFDEF SMART8}
    Result := SmartSpawnClient(ReplaceWrap(PluginPath, '\', '/', [rfReplaceAll]), Params[0], ',' + Params[1], 765, 553, 's', '', '');

    Try loading RS in your browser first.
