    Default Playing Legit Compass Angle

    Question (For when playing LEGIT):
When you play legit what compass angle do you normally keep your compass at?
Even though I assume many of you change it for little things (like to see a door/obstacle better for a second) and then change it back to your 'default'.
(If you just sometimes change it for a little while, just vote what you 'default' your compass at)
    Vote and explain!

    Me:
I keep my compass N. N because that's just the way the runescape map is oriented and how I've always kept it. I know the (f2p) rs map like the back of my hand and North is just the way every map for anything orients so I also orient myself the same. I also keep it at highestangle.

Sometimes I change the angle/ compass direction to see obstacles here and there, but normally I'm at North and HighestAngle.

I keep mine highest and pointed north, usually. And unless a very specific angle is needed to do a task, I generally stick to the cardinal directions only. Dunno why.

It depends on what I'm doing. Certain activities such as killing aviansies in GWD(haven't done it for forever) I would keep my compass East. But normally North because the map orientation(just like you )

I always have my compass facing the direction that I'm going so I can see ahead of me, I also look around myself a lot when I see new white dots come on the compass. I'm also trying to teach myself to use the middle mouse button to move camera around rather than directional keys.

Yeah true guys, certain activities/areas I also change it, but always to a cardinal angle too . But if not doing anything special, north it is!
Just thought it would be fun to see.

North and highest angle, unless I need to move it around to see something.

Yeah, I'm with you. I tend to face north and keep the angle high.

I think it depends alot on what you're doing. Usually if I'm mining or woodcutting I usually turn my camera to twords that object, it's where I got the idea for ACR:

North and Highest unless I am doing something that requires a lot of attention(GWD) and I need to set the angle where I can focus on everything at once.

I just recently accidentally found out about this. I usually forget it exists, I should try using it more, it's pretty neat!

I voted whatever because I usually head the compass towards the place where I'm walking.
    And often lowest angle too.

If I'm fighting/mining or whatever then I keep highest angle and whatever compass direction.

I rotate my compass/angle almost the entire time I'm playing to adjust for things such as walking direction, boredom, direction of objectives (e.g. NPCs, trees, ...)

I've botted so long that North, Highest angle just feels natural.

When I play legit, I'm always moving my compass. So I went for 'whatever' because it really depends on the place I'm on.

I used to do this when I played. But mainly so I didn't have to move my mouse.
