    Lightbulb F-Miner; Development underway

    F-Miner (AIO)
    --Under development--

    So... I'm working on another project that will, I assume, match the size of Naturez, atleast. It will hopefully be an AIO miner with support for a vast amount of mining areas around Runescape; perhaps some you've never heard of. The goal is multi-area miner with both banking or powermining working in harmony.

    The supported locations I'll be gathering on my own and later on I'll ask around to see what locations are most in demand, and if I've not already added them they'll be put on my agenda.

    Script base
    • [X] Script loop [Banking]
    • [X] Script loop [Powermining]
    • [X] Rock-finding routines
    • [X] Bank-finding routines
    • [X] Bank-handling
    • [X] Walking events
    • [X] Antibans & Randoms detection

    Shilo Village
    Overall progress:
    [||||||||||]
    • [X] Gem mining & banking
    • [X] Familiar handling

    Varrock East
    Overall progress:
    [||||||||||]
    • [X] Copper mining & banking
    • [X] Tin mining & banking
    • [X] Iron mining & banking

    Varrock West
    Overall progress:
    [||||||||||]
    • [X] Clay mining & banking
    • [X] Tin mining & banking
    • [X] Iron mining & banking
    • [X] Silver mining & banking

    Barbarian village
    Overall progress:
    [||||||||||]
    • [X] Tin mining & banking
    • [X] Coal mining & banking

    This list will (hopefully) be constantly updated after each piece of progress I make. Bear with me, I'm a one-man team here.

    Also in this script I'll be using my own mouse movements. For those of you who saw my "Mouse movement fun" it's the same chance of miss and correct mouse movements. The spline is no where near as extreme as those last images, they were just for fun.

    Shilo Village:

    It's just something simple. The shape detection uses the same format as my object-finding function; 2 unlikely colors that appear near each other at a specific distance. I simply got the rock's base color and plugged that into my function along with the tile's color at which the 'healthy' rock was found and it filtered out a boundry for the rock.

    Kinda like models via color.

    Please add in granite mining, if possible. It will be a great feature for many.

    Not trying to sound like a dick at all, just asking from curiosity. Why not just add on to MSI?

    MSI shows next to no scripting skill.

    I like to do things my own way with my own style. This is SRL after all, everything is open source, why limit yourself? Build, customize, personalize.

    I'd like to give MSI a run for its money. Going up the group of geniuses who keep it up and running motivates me. Besides, I doubt 'ol Coh3n and NCDS will mind the competition.

    What do you mean? I love scripting for MSI, it makes Pascal feel like OOP because of the libraries of objects, etc. Also, the way it's setup, is to entice people to script for it.

    If I was to argue, I'd say you'd be highly incorrect on this, and that they would love any form of help with MSI. Fxing bugs, new locations, etc.

    I like how you find the rock bounds, can't wait for some nice code to read.

    I am not slating the amount of scripting that goes into MSI.
    BUT, to make a script for MSI is literally just adding a record. In my opinion the fun is making a whole script, not just a record.
    I understand the amount of knowledge needed and the skill needed to write the core stuff.

    Ah ok, yes, just adding a script that already has a skill core is easy. Creating skill cores and other cores are fun

    I agree with you about making a whole script, I have several stand alone scripts I want to make. However, helping with MSI when I get the time too. Don't have time to do anything atm

    Also, I agree with Harri. This code better be shmexy!

    Ha. Yeah I don't really know, I've just always preferred making my own from the ground up. I guess it gives a certain sense of pride, ya know?

    This looks really good! I'll definitely be trying this one out! The rock finding is an interesting concept and would be much more human-like than looking for the vein colour. Good work and good luck

    I meant that the derep was unnecessary, not your post, sorry. I honestly don't see an issue with your posts, we all have opinions.

    It's probably not what you guys think. I do have a pretty accurate object-finder (does not use shapes) that'll, first off, get the location of our rock and from that point I'll search a 50x50 parameter for the rock's base color and compare that to the ground tile color within a 3-pixel distance. Then I just combine those two TPAs and get the middle point of every point within the combined array, then just draw them all.

    So actually, the rock is found before the shape is drawn, although in a couple other directions I could do it the other way around and and look for shapes instead.

    On another note I'm a bit disappointed whoever de-repped Dynamite. I'll give ya some back mate.
