Default Money Pouch and Tool Belt.

    Improvements

There’s little that can’t be accomplished with some hard capital and a sturdy set of tools, and with this foundation in mind we’ve introduced some much-requested usability improvements in the Money Pouch and Tool Belt.

At the bottom of the mini-map interface, you’ll notice a small icon depicting a pile of coins. From now on, coins can be stored here rather than in your inventory, if you would prefer. You can right-click coins to add them to the money pouch from your inventory. Remember that coins are safe from being dropped on death unless they are in your inventory when you die in the Wilderness.

The tool belt icon can be found in the bottom right of your equipped inventory interface. Most tools can be added to this belt, so they can be used whenever you need them without taking up inventory space.

To add a tool to the belt, right-click on it from your inventory. For certain tools, such as pickaxes and hatchets, only a bronze item can be stored. While the tool belt won’t replace your shiny dragon gear, it is great for performing varied skilling tasks on the fly. We’ll be adding functionality to this in the future, including support for Dungeoneering.

LSD there was a thread made earlier in this section explaining what they are but yes please nokk could you cope/paste the info from JAGEX and put it in a quote box and also link to the page?

@everyone: this update break anything for us? I'm sure once again a bunch of easy quick fixes will do the job if needed. Someone should also get to making functions for these to be added to SRL!

Whoa, there are more 1-click actions now too.

Ex: Gems can be crafted with left click.

Nothing at all needs to be changed from what I can see. Coin pouch icon is next to the minimap, but location of all previous stuff around minimap seems to be same.
The tool-belt is in the equipped tab, it shifted over the equipment stats, price checker, and keep on death buttons but I don't think SRL even uses those.

I so far I'm only allowed to put a BRONZE pickaxe in my toolbelt, but not rune?! D:

    E: VERY LAME
It only hold BRONZE Pickaxe or Hatchet...

Yeah, only bronze. Really? Why? This will be changed soon, I can hear the outcry of the people now...

    So do I.
Also when you put coins in your pouch and buy stuff at the GE it says the red message 'you have no coins' but you can still buy stuff like normal, just a little glitch they need to take care of.

And yea WTF bronze only... I'm trying to fill up my belt with all F2P items! Very convenient!

Eh, you can equip those anyways. Maybe they'll add that option later. A better machete would be nice too.

Looks like the minimap dot colours have changed. White dots have more of a shade than usual and bankers are now a yellowish-green colour.

Hmm really? They look the same to me.
Go to mapwalk.scar and try testing CountDots functions to see if it still works.

Good updates, I'm really impressed. The belt will be very useful for saving bank and inventory space. The days of forgetting tools at bank are over As for the money pouch, you can basically carry all your money around without the worry of losing it

Yeah very very good update. Cool to always have money and random tools with you on hand instead of buying at GE/taking up bank space, I like it overall too!

Damn, touche Jagex. Easy fix though, so no big deal.

Monsters on the main screen and item dtms on inventory...?
Nothing about that seems to have changed at all....
DTMs should work just fine (but sometimes in inventory items have a deformed outline) and try picking better colors for monsters.

Monsters on the main screen and item dtms on the ground all can't be matched!
I had made new DTMs for them but still ....
    I've got no idea
but my script had been running very well but got broken after the latest update .

When adding items to the tool belt, does it increase your players weight?

I was going to check that but never did. I'd assume it does not, otherwise it would be completely pointless to even put anything in it if you weighed so much with all the stuff in it, so my guess is no.
