I think I've officially quit this game today. This update is so full of crap - money pouch and toolbelt? Is this preschool? Now the game just got even easier. Wasn't easy enough for the ten year olds? Seriously, they ruin every aspect of achievement. They switch to mainstream graphics, horrible music, and game play that is at a toddler's level. Also, before anyone tells me that I don't have to use either: Money pouch is so USELESS. There's no clear way to tell how much GP you have, you can't choose whether you want to withdrawl to your inv or to the pouch. The toolbelt's items are not lost upon death, granting more "safety." No, I don't have to use it, but why do I need to see the cluttered equipment tab?

I've been on and off, but this is just terrible. Playing RS motivates me to script. Why script for a bad game?

The icon for shops seems to change on the minimap randomly now. It'll be in one spot when I use the MSI mining script at Lumbridge West Swamp, and then when I leave and come back it'll change spots, throwing SPS off a little bit.

Also, NPC's now seem to show up as orange dots rather than yellow. And banking is broken. Which I have no doubt the talented developers in this community will fix easily soon enough you guys rock.

I've noticed that MM icon thing a couple of days ago. Really isn't too much of a change.

Oh okay, I guess I'm just noticing it now because the script was working this morning. Whatever changes were implemented JUST today changed banking. And I'm assuming it's a very simple fix, just another annoying Jagex delaying effort

wow so basically the money pouch is a "portable bank" for only money? You don't lose it when you die etc? I LOVE IT!

Simply put your tools in your inventory first, then right-click and add them to the toolbelt. Once the items are added, they remain there and cannot be retrieved. Upon death, all items in the toolbelt are retained. This is true even when the player is skulled or dies in the wilderness.
    OMG that is so awesome!

what if you put a rune hatchet in there and then want to upgrade to a dragon hatchet and you can't sell your old one O_O?

They made it so any level 3 who joined can powerlevel after they get there items :/ it's only good for the tinderbox function, crafting ( no idea if they accept strings if it matters reli) so for f2p only good in helping crafting, smithing(with hammer), and makes it easier for trading? When people gamble they can use the money pouch they need withdraw all feature and turn off feature cuz sometimes I like my money in my invent

Very cool update in my opinion. I think the reason for only bronze items in the tool belt is because it's meant to help people with quests and other things where the need for a tool might come as a surprise (usually forcing the person to run back to a bank), it's not meant to make skilling and power leveling more efficient. At least that's how I see it.

I don't mind the tool belt being for only bronze stuff so it's not totally "overpowered", but is still useful for quest etc. The only thing that bothers me is when you want to buy something from the ge, you take the money from my bank and it puts it in the pouch. Then you have to put it out of the pouch so you can actually buy stuff. I guess I'll just have to get used to having all the cash with me all the time to avoid pointless clicking

Umm you don't have to take it out of your pouch to buy stuff. You just have to have enough cash on you to buy wat eva it is you are trying to buy

You do have to take out money from to pouch to buy goods, at least in the GE. Don't know about general stores, but I never use NPC shops anyway so it makes no difference to me. I believe Jagex will fix it so you can pay straight from the pouch in the near future, I'm sure there are people whining about this to them already.

No, you can buy straight from the GE. It says you don't have enough money, but you can safely ignore that.
