"He isn't creating another bot, he's creating a legitimate client to play RS on that has extra features (calc, maps, etc)."

    Read this on the forums

"Our planned release date is 18th December, though this is tentative."

Is anyone aware of whether or not the new client was released yet?

It's just a client to play RS in, not an actual bot client. So why does it matter? (Just out of curiosity)

I wouldn't trust downloading their Client, it might install some kind of spy-ware detecting bot software on your computer (for example Simba..), Jagex might get the information and will probably get away with it as the Client itself isn't made by Jagex and they don't need proof to ban you from RS.
Just my thoughts about all this new RSBuddy thing.

    Whos care what he says...

My view his opinions went out the window when he started sucking up to Jagex.

Why make a suckup become popular.

I picked it up as, the program from RSBuddy might have code to search for programs for botting, like Simba. Nothing wrong the way I see it, but I can see where you thought that way. Had to re-read it to understand what it was saying.

Makes complete sense now, my mistake. I thought he was mentioning rogue-ware.

What defines it as best? It's a bit iron that even, in your opinion, the best got killed just along with everything else, it was no better than the others apparently.

RSBuddy was alive within a week (Runefest was 4 days after Nuke), and Jacmob even took a working copy of RSBuddy 1.5 (the one that was to be released), to RuneFest and showed it to everyone.

It makes me wonder where the proof it this lies? Did this ever happen? Or is it just a rumor he passed around to convince people RsBuddy would still work? It's easy for him to say he had no problem getting around the nuke, and because it was him saying it of course everyone believed him. I'm just curious as to where's the proof of this?

I highly doubt he's a better coder then the coders from rsbots.net, some of them actually have degrees in coding. He just developed a bot client like powerbot, he didn't even release any ground breaking bot technology, like nano walking which he promised years ago.

That's like you doubting the SRL developers capability in scripting. Yet most of them do not have a degree in something like this. But they will eventually. You don't always need a paper to prove you can do something, you know.

Yeah somebody could also interview me on YouTube and I could tell them I made a bot client up and running minutes after the nuke, but would you believe me just because I said it? What makes you believe him just because he said it?

    Bros.
Word from PyroRyan (a guy who knows his fucking reflection well and often times posts deobs/hooks of the client).

Basically YES reflection is possible and can be back. He still to this day gets hooks and deobs the client. The PROBLEM is that Jagex can now (idk exactly how) easily and faster-ly take your ass to court if you deob the client ESPECIALLY if you make a public bot and are making TONS OF MONEY off of selling it/scripts for it, because that is kind of really ILLIGAL.
So now, in fear of legal issues and fees most/all ref bots are no longer being released/made etc.

^This is all just hearsay from PyroRyan, but he is a damn accurate source.
Also, I THINK JacMob is full of shit when he says they can stop Simba etc and color bots are noobish and pesky. Why? Since 2004 and earlier we have been around and NEVER died AT ALL, nor are we breaking any laws here or hacking the client so what the hell can they do to us? Nothing!

i dont really blame jacmob for leaving bots. He only started creating the bots in the first place because of his love for programming, hes a highly intelligent guy and if he was only interested in money he would have easily gotten a better job. Loads of people from powerbot may have felt betrayed by him but i think that he was going after a well paid job in that line of work for a while /:

I'm pretty sure he stopped RsBuddy because Jagex would f him up with legal fees and court if he didn't. And he would be making A LOT more money off of keeping the bot up (assuming no consequences) than 'working' for jagex or whatever he is thought to be doing now, besides making his client.

Ill admit it i used his client, it was very user friendly and tons of ppl used it because of it. But while reading alot of the posts and what he said and then what actually happend made me believe that he was being paid off by jagex or as others have said forced out with threat of legal issues. Either way he more or less lied on his forums about returning from the nuke and having his bot continue to work. The advantage to using color is anyone can learn it and make/edit there own scripts.

This is true, it used to be on the website. This is where he supposedly got a job at jagex and whatever.
He then tried to justify the nuke by saying like "my bot would have only worked for a few days..."

rsbots dont create bots, despite what they tell you. They get them and the client off nexus. try looking at rscheata and see the stupid amount of script they have there
    Did someone say GDK?

Rsbots dont make the bot, they just resell it. And Jacmob have no proof at all that he fixed the client.
Hector (lead devolop on rsbots) have a degree in coding. Jacmob made a good client for sure but Rs bots had better antibans etc. And rs bots scripts were better.
I dont really see how they can take down colorbots without make big changes.
