    Default safemode

    Is safe mode graphics option still available after bot nuke day, i cant access runescape to check. i want to start writing a custom script that not available publicly so i need to know this. cheers

    Yes it is.
    We auto with Safe Mode, All Low Settings, Highest Brightness.
    If you happen to not see safe mode option (some people don't) the while client is loading, just hold down the S key.

    I think I've committed a rookie mistake, what is safe mode, I'm sure if I don't know what it is I don't have it on, is it imperative to have on while autoing?

    yes thanks its been awhile since i coded in scar, anyway i downloaded simba but for some reason i like scar IDE better now question do people still use scar or has everyone moved to simba?

    It's mostly all Simba now.
    Scar still lives though with an include called OSI check it out here:

    But it's pretty much this forum, SRL, and Simba that have most of the user-base and activity.

    Hmmm, never knew that was an option but was already set to it. Simply out of curiosity, why is safe mode necessary to auto?

    OK thanks YoHoJo, i think ill stick with scar since this is only a personal script but will look into simba later.

    No clue. I think we just do it because it users least resources, along with all low settings. No need to eat extra ram/cpu if we are just botting, so stick with all low.
    And it's good to have constant settings throughout everything, it would be lame for you to need to change settings per each script you used!

    Pretty much all exactly the sameish in my eyes, but okay and enjoy have fun getting back into scripting.
