    Talking Got Hacked...LMFAO

    Got hacked today...60M+ in items...-.-

Didn't download anything but scripts for months and I doubt it would have taken that long for them to hack me.

Plus they only hacked one account with cash...one that I used in a script with an auto-updating function.

Not saying it was that script, but I am pretty pissed and wondering if it could be possible that the script I used stole my information?

Checking atm to see if I have a rat on my comp also...

A bit more excitement than I was looking for today

What script was it that you used?

Before anyone else asks, do you have a screenshot of the last IP to log into your account? If they're from Villavu, admins can find them with that.

I just checked through his script including all of his external links but they all look clean. But feel free anyone else to verify this.
    Sorry for your loss :/

    CCleaner then go to Start->Run->Regedit..

    Go to this location:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

Look for anything suspicious right click it and view where it starts up.. If it starts in system32 or appdata or something, you can almost bet yourself it's a rat unless it's a windows process..

I'm in the same boat as you. Somehow people have had access to my account around 5 times now. I tried to contact Jagex about it, but unsurprisingly, never got a reply. Lost around 250m in cash, which is a lot when you think how much you could sell that for. I've yet to figure out how people are gaining access to my account.

Yeah, I'd double check your computer for anything. CCleaner is a great tool, I use it myself.

Richard try make sure your email account is secure? Recovery questions not easy to guess...because if they are, they can gain easy access to your email and search for passwords in your emails. Try it yourself. Open your email, and search for "password" and see how many times your password shows up.

Its a thing lots of people overlook

Man...really didn't want to deal with this today. Went on the comp to watch the Rose Bowl.

Happened to me too. It was an auto-updating script, and the next morning my account was logged out and wiped.

I'm a tech guy; I know when I have a virus and or a RAT and I have no problem admitting such thing. However, I had neither.

This is why I'm very weary of using Simba again.

Well, that script wasn't from here then, none of the scripters here would do that.

Always take a look at the last log in banner. Even if you think you are 100% secure. If you can get any money on your account and it can use lunar magics. I have a script in the money making section that can pull you in about 560k an hour give or take to help get you back on your feet.

You new guys have to understand that you don't have to trust us. You can look through the source etc. If you're wary about it, take a look!

Guys, check your MBR. I don't know much about windows, but I've heard some of the smart ones make their viruses hide in the MBR etc. I would 0 the drive, then reinstall.

This. Every single time I login I take a look at the last login to make sure that it was my IP.
