Am I the only one who is not all of a sudden getting a keybind error?

I'd like to report a keybind error as well. Just happened overnight. There was a recent patch, people on the RS forums are complaining about it. It's like it works until you bank again, only allowing you to do one inventory. Setting it as a different key "fixes" it, but only for that load.

Then is sounds like a bug in RS, not the script. For now, you should use the spell clicking method.

The coordinates you put in the script are the coordinates of the Superheat spell. So if it "can't aim Superheat" like you say, it's because you're coordinates aren't actually on the Superheat spell.

Ah yes, I guess you wouldn't know how to do that.

Have your player logged in and select RS as your Simba client (right click the green cross-hairs button and drag it over the RS client; a red square should outline the client; release the mouse). This will allow you to get the correct coordinates. Now move your mouse over the Superheat spell; your mouse's coordinates are now in the bottom left of the Simba window. Write them down and copy them in to the appropriate spot in the script.

Cohen, I was having a different but related problem. It seems that the spell coordinate textboxes are labelled incorrectly in the prompt. That is, unless there is some standard (y, x) notation that I'm unfamiliar with.

I have also been unsuccessful in my attempted to use the coordinates. As of now, I'm waiting on Jagex to fix their keybind mess before I can continue running this script.

Those exact numbers are working like a charm for me, doing rune bars. Thank you mathozz.

I just checked and that's my mistake. I have it setting the x-coordinate to the y edit box in the form and vise versa.

Sorry about that, I will fix it asap.

E: Uploaded 1.9, someone please let me know how it goes.

I honestly don't have an explanation for that. Glad it's working though.

This doesn't happen too often, but sometimes the script manages to bank my coal bag and proceed to make a bunch of iron bars along with the steel bars. I haven't noticed it as it happens yet, and so I haven't been able to check the output for errors to see what may be going wrong, but the script should never attempt to remove anything from that second last inventory slot. Either the depositJunk function needs to be corrected (I don't think this is the problem), or the fillCoalBag function needs to be made more cautious and precise.

I suspect the problem lies in the fillCoalBag function since it is the only function that directly interacts with the coal bag. It must be clicking 'Deposit Coal bag' which is directly above 'Fill Coal bag'. This could be due to randomness in the mouse movement. You'll have to add a check that makes sure the mouse is within the bounding box of the correct context menu option before clicking, or make the mouse movement procedure less random to the extent that it is impossible for it to end up outside of the desired context menu option.

This actually happened to me as well (only once).

There was a bug report about a similar issue. The person was having an issue where (very rarely) it would click the menu item directly below the one they actually wanted. I suspect the same thing is happening here. I'm wondering if the choose option menu size was changed slightly as I've never heard of this happening since I've been here.

I will have to further investigate the issue. I'll also add a failsafe to make sure this doesn't happen, or if it does, stop the script. E: I've committed a small change to SRL that might fix this problem. Let me know if it still happens. I've also added a failsafe to the script and will upload the new version when I'm done testing.

Does anyone know if the keybind issue that was initiated by the 24 FEB RS3 update has been resolved yet? I'm still using spellcast coordinates and it's noticeably less efficient.

Wow that seems like a lot. I've had it make ~20 iron bars before (this is due to lag), but 500 seems excessive. Did it happen to accidentally deposit your coal bag?
