Outch, oh well I got what I wanted out of them a long time ago, sad day indeed.

They always had the most legal power over all the other bot creators; didn't think they would go down. Least they put up a fight.

    - Identify and provide all contact information for all past resellers (Me & Kyle & Everyone Else), scripters, code developers and customer information (They already have your emails from before).
Uh oh, they have my email.

They have your PayPals email which you used to pay the bots with.

If I read correctly the customer details were disclosed to JaGex?
I'm guessing this means they could possibly have my PayPal email now and link it with RS membership?
    Because that would really suck.

I doubt they have our emails. That's bs/bluff in jagex's part. Just by saying that jagex owns rights to those domains could be true, and jagex themselves posted that to make everyone scared for whatever reason perhaps. The whole thing could be a gimmick.

For some reason I just don't think that's the end of nexus... not one bit.

They do. They sent ingame messages to each person who used the software that was linked to their ingame email.

I actually thought this would happen at the start of 2011; so to keep myself safe I used a fake email + a fake paypal to pay for everything.

I never used their software, only have heard about them. Regardless, I have respect for them for holding up in court and fighting for themselves for so long, but in the end it's the ones with the most $$ who come out on top. Jagex had some pretty low methods of making this happen and obtaining personal info from users around the world, and I for one am really disappointed they've lowered themselves to such a level. There's nothing at all noble or honest about Jagex.

I wouldn't worry about them having your e-mail and potentially linking it to your account.

Remember during bot nuke week? They offered an amnesty to everyone "stop botting now and we forgive you". Basically, all past offenses were forgiven.

If you're botting now though... especially with reflection/injection bots, well that's when it get's sticky.

If you're worried about them having your email, Don't be. For jagex to open a case against thousands of people it would cost them a shit load of jelly points (Money).
The worst thing they could possibly do to you is to ban your account.

I'm a law student, and I find it very unusual that they have used such immature terms of the contract.

Such as "we would have to pay Jagex $1,000,000"

I know this isnt the wording of the contract, but amounts are usually unspecified, and are left down to a judge to decide if they were to break the contract.

    Just my two cents
    Did someone say GDK?
