    I did the mile in just under 5 minutes when I was in was in my prime for running. That's pretty damn fast, and I was a 16 year old guy, who should be in way better shape than a 12 year old girl.

    I eat the fruit after working out, its light and friendly to me :P then afterwards I go play some sort of sport in gym and then I drink water till lunch.

    DAY 2
    .....I have only once been worked harder than I was today and that was by the united states marine core, there is no pause button with them. Today was easily the second hardest workout of my life, I sweat so much I don't even want to sit down cause my tooshe will slide off my chair/stick to it.

    Yeah nasty details oh well :P, I don't feel like I really even did the full workout I took MANY MANY breaks as I just couldn't go on in some of them (pauses not breaks while the video was playing) these breaks consisted of 5-20 seconds a piece >.< Oh well, hope I improve on that.

    Must say it was invigorating.
    5am - 6am (15 minutes to get out of bed/brush teeth etc.)

    E: I also added a slim fast shake in the morning just to curb the appetite enough without throwing up from too much food in the stomach.

    Im actually dripping, yes dripping in sweat.. disgusted? you should be.
    I thought it wasn't as hard as yesterdays but my body seems to say otherwise. Perhaps it was the chilly I ate for dinner last night, lots of beans lots of calories.

    There is no need for such an advanced program. You'd be fine sticking to a basic program, and upping the cardio to burn that fat.

    If you run, you strengthen your abs a lot, and you lose fat.

    You'd probably have to aim for a 10% bodyfat, if not 8-9% to get as visible abs as possible. But you really don't have to make it more complex than it is.

    Also, are you sure about the 4000 calories? That's a lot of calories, and you should be a lot bigger than you already are, or a lot fatter. (Not that you're fat)

    Yeah I suppose but I really want to finish insanity just for myself to prove to myself I don't quit when things get tough. Also yes I eat 4000 a day, or used to I have a pretty fast metabolism interestingly enough I don't seem to lose weight even when I cut down to less than half.

    Day 4
    Kind of woke up late (Power went out yesterday, and I set my alarm to 5pm instead of 5am -.-) Regardless I still did most of the workout, was just recovery so a lot of stretching, positions I just couldn't reach, oh well I feel less sore now though.

    Is p90x a worthwhile investment? I've seen the infomercials and wasn't sure if it was just another scam? I go to the gym five times a week but wouldn't mind something for home aswell.

    Honestly if you follow the food guidelines and actually do the workouts to your full potential it will be beneficial (to anyone).

    They are hard workouts, that range from 60-75 minutes. They aim more towards building and toning muscles, while insanity aims towards losing excess weight and extreme toning.

    P90x is long, 90 days. It is a true commitment make sure you can do it and have a set time to do it everyday.

    Eh, one of the more insane workouts. (Pun intended). It is different than all the rest, instead of doing a set slow, medium, then insane we just go insane the whole ride with 0 breaks (I took breaks none the less, as did many of the people in the video) I think that was the blunt of the hard, at least for this month (Scratch that there is a combo day -.- "Pure cardio + cardio abs") Lol oh well! more training woooo

    Forgot to update!

    Day 6!
    It was the same workout as day 2, I felt like I did more but I think it might be all in my head! well today I weighed in 3 pounds lighter than when I started a week ago, 177 now . I believe it was all water weight.

    Outch, I kinda dogged it due to me waking up a little late and being out of the loop in my head. Need that moral support :P. Anyway still sweating, still was rather hard even when I slacked a bit.

    I don't use either, honestly unless you are a BODYBUILDER I mean you workout HARD for 2 hours+ (On muscles not cardio) Then fine drink protein powder, otherwise just avoid it. Protein powder will tax your livers if you don't drink enough water along with it, (I would say 13-15 glasses a day if you are working out hard).

    You could try Ebay, but most of the sellers don't really have reputation so I would be careful. My uncle bought it from a beachbody coach which gets you 10% off the original price, you can find them all over the internet. Good luck

    Day 11 (Recovery)
    Not much to say, was not a real sweat inducing workout just something to stretch my body. I can't really reach all the spots just yet so I am hoping to improve on flexibility as well.
