    GOODLUCK! That workout is super hard, I had a rough 3 months. The more days that pass, it will get easier!

    Day 26!
    Great time yesterday, really worked only lost another pound so 7 pounds total lost since day one. Eh can't complain didn't really follow diet strictly last week.

    ok i also work out everyday after school mainly uper body. what else could i do without weights like sit ups crunches push ups and so on? detailed explanation or a video of it

    What are you aiming for? Losing weight?
    You could try things like squat jumps, mountain climbers, (Level 1 drills in instanity)- 4 pushups, start running in plank position, then bring legs in and JUMP up. Great exercise real killer. I think those will really tone your legs, and core a bit. C-sit (No idea how to explain this but I will try) You sit down, position your body so you look like a C now do roman twists with (Keep your body like a C). Then later put your hands in front of your hip on the ground, and lift your legs in and out in and out. repeat. Great for abs.

    Was the first day of core and balance workout week, was nice and easy. I enjoyed it and still got a little burn!

    Hmm, makes me want to actually start insanity again. I got ahold of the DVDs but never got around to doing the program. Mainly because I don't have anywhere I can do it. hmm.

    Congrats dude on 7 lbs of loss. Have you been noticing muscle tone with the program?

    Actually it is interesting, I can say I feel my abs much more than before but not really seeing them. I also feel like my arms got a tad thinner (Not a huge fan of that), but what I am a huge fan about is my thighs/hips getting thinner I think by a reasonable amount too as my pants are very lose now. (Even my boxers are lose lol)

    Im tired, I went to sleep at like 9:30 yesterday and I still woke up a bit late and overly exhausted today :/ Hopefully this tiredness will pass. I did the work out today, as best as I could; wasn't too hard.

    WOO half way done with the entire program!
    I enjoyed it today, since I was able to wake up a little late fully rested .

    Unfortunately I won't be able to work out on Friday or Saturday due to me being out of state :/ and at someone else's home where I would feel very awkward either way :P.

    Sorry my internet was out the last two days
    Back!

    Day 35!
    So I did the fit test in the morning and the actual workout in the afternoon. OUTCH I thought it was hard before, the next level of workouts are INSANE. A whole hour of non stop movement. I am pretty sure I only did about 30% of the workout due to the amount of breaks I took lol.

    Day 36!
    GSDFAG
    Even harder, words can't describe.
    I have a sore throat from drinking ice cold water from yesterdays workout, so now I am suffering with that making this workout harder than it should be (Which is already way too extreme) I am enjoying it, I hope the sore throat goes away quick, time to OD on Vitamin C.

    Thank you cause, I need all the encouragement I can get :P
    Today was rough again, I have a feeling it wasn't as bad as day 35 or 36 but I figure it is because I am less sick today. I think by sunday I will be fully recovered from my mild cold, which means I can go all out again. (At the moment when I go all out, I just get tired after a few seconds >.<)

    Oh that thing is pretty hard, I never actually tried to complete it but I remember doing a few days of it.

    I got up to like 25 pushups from 15, then quit.
    Before insanity I could do 20 pushups without stopping, now I can do 35-40 . Hopefully I continue to see results, good luck to you and the program!

    Anyone who can do 100 pushups nonstop is amazing to me. haha.

    Ehh was really boring, very long and pretty much the same moves. It wasn't a fatigue video it was one of those keep your hands up till they fall off video's :P.

    Was great today, I ate a little over my calorie limit yesterday which I think gave me the extra energy I needed! I think I did about 75% of the workout this time, much better than my 25% last time.
