    Default How to lose a Belly

    Ah! yes it's killing me! </3 for some reason i am forming a nasty belly, I would like to blame the computer... But, its the lower stomach which is getting more jellier and I am forming Man boobs! </3



    Height: 6'0.
    Weight: 160.

    I am really skinny, it's just that now I am skinny but getting a belly/man boobs!

    I am thinking to start jump roping?


    tell me a fast/efficient/ workout! and some tips please!

    I've had the above stated problems and was once really overweight but when I got a job I lost somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 pounds. I still have those problems but I'm much more healthy now. I did it by moving around and eating less. I would imagine for you it would help to eat less and do sit ups. I hope everything works out for you man. Commitment is hard to stick with.

    As Runescape Pro said, commitment is tough.
    Find you a buddy to tag along with. It's ALOT easier to stay committed with a friend.
    My friend lost a TON of weight and is now building it back up like me and it makes a world of a difference.

    As far as cutting the weight of course a healthier diet and make sure to stick to a consistent multivitamin schedule. As much as someone wanting to gain mass and strength, they don't go very far without the proper amount of amino acids and everything else. It's the same for losing weight. I've been trying to gain weight and I took my friends advice on this from his experience (in his case losing it). I saw results drastically increase.

    To lose the man boobies, do everything in lower weight and higher reps. Flies, Chest Press, Cable or Band Crossovers (as fast as you can), Bench, etc. Even if you feel like the weight you're at isn't enough, it probably is. Just try and get as many reps you can out of it. Don't be afraid to bump it up though the next times you work out.

    The stomach.. Of course cardio. Do alot of stuff like sit ups, bicycles, 6 inches, etc. Maybe pull out the ol' exercise ball.

    It may be pretty beneficial to also run by a GNC or some health store. Make sure to get something to help reduce fat and give you energy. After about a week or two into a consistent exercise routine you may want to look into Pre-workout. Although, I would suggest getting cardio out of the way before it because anytime I would consume pre-workout and then run I would get sick. Make sure to drink lots of water after taking it. A good pre-workout will help open your veins to deliver air flow to your muscles and give you a sort-of adrenaline rush to help you do ALOT more weight, reps, and sets throughout your workout.

    There is no such thing as local weight/fat loss. You lose weight and fat overall, so doing sit ups won't do sh*t in terms of looks, but can be beneficial for other things such as a more stabile back muscle structure.

    The only thing you can do to lose your flappy belly is to burn more calories than you take.
    Ways to do this are pretty obvious : burn more calories through exercising (best), or eat less.

    This is a good link which should prove itself of great aid in terms of working out and such.

    I followed the basics of this "guide" and went from skinny (160 cm, 46kg) to wellbuilt (167 cm, 58 kg). In terms of looks, I'm pretty fit imo, muscles show etc... Its all about the exterior fat on your body, for example : we all have perfectly ripped abs, they are just concealed behind a layer of fat.

    Pretty much what he said. Also, stop drinking soft drink and other things with simple carbohydrates. They wont fill you up, causing you to eat more, causing you to gain weight...

    Yes! Excellent point cycrosism. If you go out to dinner(or just eat in general), get water with a lemon wedge in it. Not only is that 1000% healthier for you then soda, it also cleanses the palette.

    i had this when i broke my arm all i did was swim and run it's very efficent especially swiming but if you're embarresed about being seen in public diet and jump rope.

    Already lost 3 pounds, I weigh 180, 6'0. I think I may be a little more muscular than you, as I remember when I was your weight I was a skeleton (I could see EVERY rib on my ribcage :P)

    Cardio. Go outside and run a few times a week. Drink a lot of water throughout the day, about a half gallon a day. If its real hot outside, drink a full gallon. You should never let yourself get to the point where you're feeling thirsty. Also do some calisthenics: push ups, crunches, pull ups(probably won't help you trim that belly, but it'll get you some muscles in your upper back and arms), jumping jacks, flutter kicks, etc. It won't just disappear overnight, you've gotta work at it.

    I can't eat anything friend =/

    So only fruits and Vegetables -_-

    As long as he doesnt eat Candy-like processed sugars or fried food, he'll be fine.

    Not all fruits are high in sugar. It varies from fruit to fruit.

    The current view on a "perfect figure" differ a lot between males and females. Don't just east vegetables and fruit, you will look like an ugly skeleton -_-. Be a man! Eat a lot of proteins and meat. Stay a way from sugars and fat. Eat more and workout more, that's the key.

    I don't like the thin look on girl, looks unhealthy. But apart from that, when you eat enough proteins you will gain some muscles. And not muscles like a bodybuilder, just some muscles. It burn calories while you aren't working out. In the end you will benefit from it.

    The eat more, workout more advice was for a man anyway, I'm aware it works different for woman cause everyone wants to see skeletons -_-.

    Do you got heart problems, if so then you have a completely different situation. I'm not aware what you need to eat to keep your hearth in perfect condition, but I do know you will need some proteins for it. Every x time every muscle in your body has swapped all it's old cells and replaced them with new ones. To do that you need proteins, the building source of muscle. I'm not a cardiologist, I just base this on muscle behavior elsewhere in a human body. But most women do not realize they can become thinner if they eat more proteins. Note that this doesn't work for the obese ones, they just need to eat less.

    But if you only eat vegetables and fruits, where do you get your fibers from? I know there are some fibers(not sure if I translated this word right ) in vegetables but I thought that was limited.
