I'm not a cardiologist, I just base this on muscle behavior elsewhere in a human body. But most women do not realize they can become thinner if they eat more proteins. Note that this doesn't work for the obese ones, they just need to eat less.

    But if you only eat vegetables and fruits, where do you get your fibers from? I know there are some fibers(not sure if I translated this word right ) in vegetables but I thought that was limited.
    Mmh, I got heart problems but its not just Fruits and Vegetables, I can eat other foods, just not much of them, and definitely not to anything that was fried or cooked in oil, has cholesterol or any other harmful fats. I eat boiled beef every so many days for proteins, and I can eat integral bread or cereals for fiber. My heart medicine is most likely some kind of steriod, not really sure. Also I don't eat much daily but I don't do much so it balances out, therapy is enough exercise for me, mostly just walking.

    @on topic,

    Stop eating salty foods or dont add salt to your food. Salt makes your body retain liquids and thus you form a belly even from drinking pure water. Less salt = less amount of water gets stored on your body and the slimmer you look. Thats the problem with fast food, very rich in salts so makes you retain water and the grease/cholesterol from it is harmful to your body -.-~

    To add on to this:

    Do NOT completely stop eating salt/sodium. Its an important electrolyte that your body needs to function, especially if you exercise because you lose sodium through sweat.
