I'm not aware what you need to eat to keep your hearth in perfect condition, but I do know you will need some proteins for it. Every x time every muscle in your body has swapped all it's old cells and replaced them with new ones. To do that you need proteins, the building source of muscle. I'm not a cardiologist, I just base this on muscle behavior elsewhere in a human body. But most women do not realize they can become thinner if they eat more proteins. Note that this doesn't work for the obese ones, they just need to eat less.
But if you only eat vegetables and fruits, where do you get your fibers from? I know there are some fibers(not sure if I translated this word right

) in vegetables but I thought that was limited.
