Default Trying to Decide: First big script

Here are some of my ideas for my first script:

    1) Nature rune crafter
    2) Full livid farming script (eventually add farming runner to the script to run allotments on a timer, then back to livid farm)
    3) Farming runner (runs to all allotments, trees, etc, and farms them)
    4) Rune essence mules (2+ scripted ess runners run back and forth from bank to, trade your character essence, then the main character accepts the trade and crafts runes)

P.S. Will start this in a couple of weeks (leaving on spring break tomorrow until the 19th)

Well, it's not my first time programming or anything. Just my first time using this language =)

If you're just beginning, don't stress yourself too much until you're comfortable and familiar with the includes.

I voted for a farming runner. It wouldn't actually be that hard since most of the major farming locations are only a few clicks away from a teleport.

I have a 99 farming account , but my main is low farming so a farming patch runner would be sensational full livid farm script with this sort of support would be epic

Farming runner is reasonably challenging but not impossible. It will be an extremely useful script for many. I voted for this as well. Plus it is mainly for skilling and I think this is a perfect public script to do.

I agree a farming script would be nice and as for your essence running seems kinda pointless to me as you can't play on the same worlds on a computer so you would need multiple computers just to run it.... However the decision of your first script is up to you i suggest just having fun with it and making something you can actually use so you get more into making it better.

Yup, very useful for the public to have a script using farming!

Here's what I would do personal opinion...

Ess Miner (But Pure Ess Only, so that way no goldfarmers can really make level 3 F2P and crash those ess prices, and this way I can bank on the drop in Pure Ess Prices ;33)

Nature Crafter (Hell No, unless you are making private for yourself)

Farm Runner (Make a simple procedure or so that people can add to their scripts and base it on RunTime when they should call that procedure
    Ex
    Simba Code:
    USELESS JUNK
    Begin
    Repeat
If (GetTimeRunning = Time it takes to grow herbs or w\e) then
FarmRun; // Procedure that would contain all the stuff needed for the farming
    else
    Begin
    AllThisShit;
"What can't hurt you, try it. What can kill you, do it!"

    Scripts Completed: 3
    Amount Released : 2

Definitely a farm runner. While there is a livid farm bot, I can never remember to do farming runs and there is nothing bottable until 60. This bot would have to have many many many options though, as not everyone has access to every patch or are using the same seeds.

I think all 4 are very good choices but I personally picked Farm Runner because there currently aren't any farm runner public scripts and I'd love to see someone make one. Good luck

Nature rune crafter would be nice since it's good money and boring to do legitly.

Could get goldfarmed/mass leeched tho :/

    Or suggestion:

Since many people want farming so bad, you can attempt to make a simple VineSweeper ;3

Use DTM's or Color finding to figure out the places to put flags.. or just suicide sweep it.. (Digs all holes )

Just my thoughts here - If I am to do it, I will script all the necessary functions to get/teleport to all the major patches. Users then can assemble their farming path according to their levels. It's like DIY but the developer would have created the most important functions for getting around. Very fun and customizable as well.

It should be doable, and quite fun I suppose since there's a lot of teleporting/walking involved.

^ Agreed - Farming bot would be epic.

Also perhaps a Summer Garden script that avoids the elementals, grabs the herbs, uses Daemonheim and broomstick for banking / teleporting back to Sorceress' garden, whatever?
    99 Fletching 99 Cooking 99 Woodcutting 99 Magic 99 Firemaking 99 Crafting 99 Fishing 1770 Total Level and 104m XP

Working on: 99 Herblore (Purely through cleaning!) and a 50b cash pile (currently 22b) would be nice!

A farming runner would be a great challenge! There's no much Farming scripts around here. Only the Livid Farm script from Flight.
Best of luck, if you choose to make the farming script!

A livid farm bot that does all of your farm runs when it's time for them.
