Default Good Botting spot for combat 90?

Looking for a good (members) combat training spot for a character with:
    90 STR, 80 ATK, 40 DEF.

I'm using Narcle's fast fighter at hill giants (P2p), but I'm only getting 30k/h.
I'm using: SS (for Str), Glory, Full rune, Rune boots/gloves.

EDIT: For anyone who wanted to know, it was found that Hill Giants in the resource dungeon was the most stable for someone with low defence

I am P2P, but I haven't done Fremmenik isles, and I definitely haven't done WGS for zombies.

Yeah but narcle's fast fighter wouldn't work on that since i need to step on them first, I don't think the rock crab trainer on the public scripts is advanced enough yet to last so long (Narcle's lasts 6 hours for me)

I just don't get this obsession with Rock Crabs. Always so busy you get next to no experience.
Never ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly".

While Guthix Sleeps? You don't need that for Armoured Zombies LOL.

You need defender of varrock, Which needs What lies Below (I think) and shield of arrav.

I like to find a monster that is a very different color from the background so it will find them as quickly as possible.

I got Defender of Varrock prequest mixed up with something else.
I think I might try AZK then, The only thing is I can't afk for long since he's 40 defense with 43 prayer, so I'm still looking for a good "AFK" training spot (6+ hours)

Well Rock Crabs are pretty common because pures can train on decent hp creatures but since they are level 13, they don't have to keep eating

I would recommend ghouls too, started training on them today and it's the best xp/h i got. I tried Yaks too (you only need to complete a part of the fremmeniks isles quest, it can be done in 10min.) but it was too crowded imo.
This week is exam week, after that I'll start making my first script

I've been away for a while, reading about the updates i've missed now

You can try Armoured Zombies if you've done the Defender in Varrock quest. There's an altar right up the ladder for you to recharge :P

You don't have to DO Fremmenik isles, merely start it. If you haven't done the preceding quest to that (Fremmenik Trials) I suggest doing it as it is actually fairly short and I believe there are good mining areas on Neitiznot as well as the Yaks.

ok the fastest way to lvl combat is dominion tower (est. 200k- 250k xp per hr)
i doubt u would have that so i guess hellhounds(needs lot of food) 50k xp/hr
or anakous( idk if i spelled it right)
    or like ghouls ( 40k xp/hr)
or waterfiend(good for crimson charms and like 50-100k loot and 40-60xp per hr)

i train with all methods and they are really good
Because I, and the majority of SRL contributors,

narcles fast fighter in the choas tunnels killing moss giants, got all 4 99s there. No randoms so it is runs for at least 6 hrs everytime. Sometimes i would get lucky and it would go all the way to 9 or 10 hrs in one session.
