Narcle's Fast Fighter

I want to open Narcle's Fast Fighter form, and it say's:

Setup with Form: (Reccommended)                                            
          1a. Read FAQ on first post of Fast Fighter thread.                  
          1b. OR Hit play now the form is pretty easy to use.                 
              Click 'Help' in Form if you don't know how to grab/set colors.

I read through the FAQ, so then I pressed . Now the form should pop up, but it just goes straight into SMART. I have gotten the form to come up before, but not now. Also, it's not loading at all now.

Wait until SMART is loaded and login screen is there. You;ll get that form.
