Default Screwed up Java need help!

Hey so I was getting the Exception access violation 101 or something like that so i uninstalled all version of Java everywhere. Now when i try to play in the browser it wants me to install Java 6_31 after clicking the link. I do that and it says it is already installed so i try to reinstall it with the option it gives me, then it says can't install missing something or other. Can someone link me to a site with a complete Java download that will make this work again?

I know your exact problem your working on a 64bit pc/laptop and you have acces to 32bit and 64bit OS make sure you move the java from the 32 bit folder to the 64 bit.

Go into Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and remove ALL instances of java. Reboot, then try installing again.

32 bit java only works with a 32 bit browser while 64 bit java only works with a 64 bit browser. (atleast from my experience)
