    The script ran well, got over 100k xp/h

    Progress Report:
    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Alcher by Tehq -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
     Time Running: 1 Hours, 13 Minutes and 21 Seconds
     Magic XP Gained: 128960
     Magic XP/Hour: 105477
    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

    One thing that I noticed though, I set it to use EOC but it still used the normal way. This was fine for me though because I just put the stack right under the spell and it went faster than I expected anyway.

    Thanks for another great script Tehq

    I'll check these reports out fairly soon. Is there any more information you can provide?

    Hey

    When I try to start the script (Version 2.0), it just shows the error: "[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(282:145): Invalid number of parameters at line 281
    Compiling failed."

    Please help.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    I'm fairly new here and with the help of some tutorials i downloaded simba today. I followed all the steps so simba should be able now to run rs07 scripts.

    Ive tried yours but when i hit play i get the following error: [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(295:135): Invalid number of parameters at line 294

    So at the start of the script ive made a little adjustment. It now reads:

    program TehAlch;
    {$DEFINE SMART8} { tAlch }
    {$i SRL/srl.simba}

    I simply added an 8 after SMART as you can see. Now it will launch the script and i get into the menu where i have to fill in my personal details.

    Here i have to fill in the following boxes so here is what ive done:

    Username: My rsn
    Password: My pass
    Stats User: My rsn
    Stats pass: My pass
    Alch slot: 2
    # of invs: (no idea what this meant but ive put it at 1)
    Rs world: 301
    Eoc: No
    Type: High

    Once i do this and i start the script it will launch smart and the Runescape log in screen. It won't log me on however.
    Do you have any idea what i'm doing wrong and once again, im new to this so i have no idea how it all works.

    I guess this sounds kinda stupid but could you please explain what you meant by alch slot and # of invs?

    There is an option in the form to choose which slot your item is in,

    I feel I have to comment on this script as it did get me to 99 recently. However, I did have to make some big modifications (adding antiban, adding timers, freeing bitmaps, etc). A few improvements I could suggest:

    • add antiban
    • a basic autotalker, one that just says things like "mage levels?"
    • initialise your bitmaps at the start of the script, not before they're used, and also free them at the end (very important, this slows down the script dramatically)
    • moving items to the 17th slot in the inventory so that the mouse doesn't have to move far
    • store the point of the alchemy symbol in a variable so that you don't have to search for the bitmap over and over again
    • and perhaps add G.E buying and selling (for the future)

    Also, I recommend removing the form, as it only allows one player. Other than that, it's a nice, simple script.
