Pretty nice made guide and i agree in the most parts but 65-91 you could thieve menatphites which are like 200k/h. Then 91-99 pyramid plunder. Thats how i have done it.

For simba botters, you do this
1-5 @ legit
5-whatever reqs for the Feud @ Varrock tea stall thieving
After the feud-65ish @ thieves guild pickpocketing
65-99 @ thieves guild coshing
(If you have reqs for Do No Evil, 80-99 @ Monkey knife fighters)

AFAIK, all of above except the quests and the first few levels can be botted with simba scripts.
