    Simplest solution:
You could try System Restore to the date Java was working for you.

    OR
Uninstall Java, RESTART COMPUTER, install Java, RESTART COMPUTER
Most of the times, it works.
    JRE 7: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
    JRE 6: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...s-1594646.html

    OR
Check java is properly installed as follows:
    - Look inside folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java" or "C:\Program Files\Java"
    - Does it have folder "jre6" or "jre7" or "jdk6" or "jdk7"
    - Is Java added in the "Default Path" list?

NOTE: I believe Simba just needs JRE, not the whole JDK. However, if you install JDK, JRE is also installed with it.

Works thanks again... Appreciate the help....
Guess we know now if your running Win 2008 Server X64 you cant run the Java 7 obviously they haven't updated the Distro accepting it yet probably figure theres not much need as most servers don't run Java apps.... Another reason to hate windows...
