    http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Yak
    Yak: 500 lifepoints = 200 combat + 67 hitpoints xp
    100% yak hair drop

    http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Hair
Hair is a 100% drop from the level 22 yaks outside the village of Neitiznot. Players can use it on a spinning wheel to make rope using the Crafting skill. Making a rope requires level 30 Crafting and grants 25 Crafting experience.

    Rope = 116 gp

Combat xp/h at yaks is roughly 60k xp/h which equals to 300 yak kills per hour. Which equals to 5 yak kills per minute.
28 yak kills is ~6 minutes
Spinning them would be around 1-2 minutes I'd say.
Total of 60/7.5*28=224 ropes per hour

    224*25=5600 crafting xp/h
    224*200=44800 combat xp/h
    224*200/3=15000 hp xp/h
    116*224=26k profit/h

It would be nice if people that requests scripts would also take 3 minutes of their time to do some calculations.

Script source code available here: Github

He could also be suggesting a method that grabs 28 hides from the bank to run to the wheel and turn it into ropes.
Which would take the profit up and the xp per hour if i'm correct?

Assuming it spins at the same speed as anything else normally scripts spin 1.1 - 1.2k/hour profit would be:

    (116 - 73) * 1100 = 47,300 gp / hour
    25 * 1100 = 27.5 k crafting xp / hour

so a lot more xp than flax but a lot less profit so I see no reason not to make it, but why not just craft emerald rings? more profit and more xp / hour?

It wouldn't need to kill the yaks. Just find a world that has people killing them and then collect.
