    Yes I do! but I don't think I will be buying one, as I will basically use it for 2 months then never again as I go off to college for 6 years etc.

    Today was a lot of fun, I did the workout at 5 today (So much energy, was bouncing then did 40/20/10/5 pushups (Tiring!) then used my 20 pound weights for everything else. All in all was a lot of fun.

    I am attempting an IF today/tomorrow (Last time I ate was at 2:30 today, so tomorrow 2:30pm will be 24 hours!)

    BTW, how are you balancing your diet? (Protein/carbs/Vegies/Meats.etc.)-Any certain routine?

    Thank you :P, I am doing higher protein less carbs more Vegies, trying to lower excessive meat consumption.

    So I failed the IF :P

    It's not like you fail once and ruin everything. Just keep remembering that there is no better way out there, no more comfortable way. There is no point in failing permanently. Tomorrow you can try again.

    Good luck! I will also try to lose some weight during this summer. Will mainly run tho, around 30-35 m per day and try to eat a bit healthier.

    Thanks! I think the biggest problem I had was massive free time (I believe if I do this on a Wednesday-Thursday I may have better success as Wednesday nights are when I have LOTS of course assignments.

    Interesting so I hit up the local workout supplement store and talked to a REP about weight loss medications he told me the drug I am using right now really isn't the best on the market they just have great advertising and it will probably work a little but not to the extent I probably want to see. He told me to buy OxyElite (He told me to buy something else first but told me it doesn't have an app suppressant in it *Was cheaper* then he just said get OxyElite then)

    Anyway I said I will after I finish my Hydroxycut HardCore Pro series bottle.

    I feel great, at 850 calories so far today I even went to taco bell! (Nacho burrito) so good only like 450 calories.
    Oh..I also ate half a soft shell taco.. I need to record that :P (Sorry mental note) Okay so like 1000 calories today then so far!

    Dinner is all I have left hoping to keep myself under 1500 today/tomorrow so my weigh in will be under 170! (The goal is 10% body fat which is around 155 for me)

    oh also anyone know if regular calipers work for bodyfat percentage finding?

    This one is for the energetic level: arginine & coffein
    I take it 1 hour before the workout and it gives a really strong energetic boost. I tried a lot of supplements that increases the energy, but arginine is the strongest imo. (strongest legal supp)
    I experienced even mental effects like motivation, but it might be placebo.

    I read you wrote matcha, I didn't look it up but is is the same as "maca"? I didn't try such natural "testo boosters", how is it going?

    Def not the same, matcha is not a testo booster (My sister uses it as well :P). It is a metabolic booster, well it claims to be.
    Really I don't notice much of a difference from it, (the tea I buy has a VERY small amount of it)

    Yeah I will put up some pics if I ever achieve 10% :P

    Take 2 Creatine Pills (These are the best GNC had to offer, or so I heard)
    Work my ass off: Insanity
    Go to school etc. etc.
    Come back take another 2 Hydroxycut Pro series (These you can take up to 6 a day, not like the elite which I thought I had till I went to the store today -.-)
    Do another Strength training workout

    Sleep: Repeat: Till success
    I hope creatine works for me, I heard it is hit or miss.

    I love to see people getting involved with steady work-outs & routines like this. Sounds like you're hitting it hard, keep it up friend, keep pushing yourself.

    I am taking 2 Kre-Alkalyn Buffered Creatine, which is basically monohydrate in a shuttle and it is perfectly PH balanced so no bloating and no loading. My body gets flooded and works right away. The supplement guy told me I should see pretty decent visible changes within two weeks.

    Woo, I am pumped! Great GREAT workout this morning, I took 3 Hydroxycut Pills (I decided to take the full dosage of 6 per day, just to get it done and move onto OxyElite Pro)
    I weighed in today 171 (4 pounds lost in a week)

    I except to gain weight, but still get cut so I am rather excited

    Kre-Alkalyn is a good product, but you can't take it permanently (Although they say so)
    I hope you will take it just for few weeks and make a break after that.

    Source: I experienced problems with my kidneys after a longterm use of KreA.

    I was too lazy to read any of the other posts. If you are looking for good supplements you should check out http://truenutrition.com/ they offer 100% clean products, great protein, great prices. A lot of the supplements that are out today, they have, you just need to look at the ingredients. With this being said, get your diet together then supplement.

    You can check out research chemical site, they usally have clen for around 25 dollars and can last for about a year or so.

    Don't worry, the 2200 calories + cheat day will keep your leptin up for a pair of days, remember try to not eat much fat on cheat day, i know it's hard to do lol, I failed so many times when first I implemented them, try going really high carb, medium protein and low fat, if you think it's hard just eat lots of ice cream, thats what i do lol.

    I think I ate around 3500 calories today.
    @Nebula, I don't really understand how it works either but when I implement one of these in I still lose weight + Feel satisfied for the upcoming week.

    Hmm Day 7
    This is interesting, so I took oxyelite pro and really don't feel anything. With the hydroxycut I at least felt my heart race and energy spike but with OxyElite Pro I don't feel that I don't even feel full but I don't feel hungry like my mind is just content. I had to remind myself to eat today, (Literally).

    Oxyelite pro works unbelievably well. It cut me down + a friend of mine.. My friend did no exercise + smoked and drinked and binged on crap but kept taking oxyelite.. 3 weeks later he had a 6 pack popping up and looking fresh
    just keep at it and increase water uptake because oxyelite kills your water levels
