    Note on Creatine: If you are dieting AND taking Craetine you might not notice results as fast on the scale. This is because Creatine increases the amount of water retained between your cells.

    So just be aware of that if the scale doesn't move but you are doing it allll right.

    I've heard recommendations that it is best to start taking once you want to increase strength and maintain lean-ness, just because that way you will have gotten to feel proud of your scale numbers decreasing every day.

    I don't mind the scale, I like looking in the mirror :P and slowly watching parts of my body become slightly more cut as the days go by. (Any love handle I had is gone now, which is a plus! )

    Take some jack3d before your workout. That will get you pumped (lawl). Ha but seriously I'm doing p90x right now. My main goal is to get a six pack (I have it I just need to lose some fat. I know this because I can see it when I flex). Good luck bromophobe!

    Day 8
    Oh the pain, I went to the gym and worked my legs like crazy.. I didn't feel it yesterday (The day after I went to the gym) but today I feel it like crazy!
    Today I am going to the gym to do upperbody, I just did insanity earlier (Month two is a pain, totally forgot how bad it is!)

    Day 11
    So I weighed in today at 170, I REALLY hope I am not losing muscle I feel like I am slightly more cut but I also feel like that little bottom two ab gut is still there and prevalent as ever!

    Honestly I feel nothing at all when I take oxyelite pro, most people at least feel energy I feel nothing!

    That's just like saying if you eat ~120g of carbs a day you wont lose weight as fast as someone who eats ~50g of carbs and has a cheat meal at the end of the week.

    Creatine is good for a cut, or a bulk. It's mainly for the strength boost, and the MINIMAL actual water weight that it gives is extremely small. It's just enough to keep your body looking full, and not flat.

    Edit 2:

    If you're taking Hydroxy, you should boost your dosage to 2 pills before breakfast and 2 pills before lunch. Take the max dosage on any thermogenic fat burner out there because your body will always want more and more. This is probably why you don't feel anything when you take yours because you should feel the thermogenesis after the 2nd dosage.

    To get the best results you should drink your protein shake 30 minutes before you exercise. Thats just what my trainers tell me and i have gotten more results that way than drinking after exercising. Hope this helps!

    Not true. Nutrient timing has nothing to do with anything. Many people have experienced better workouts on empty stomachs(Like those on intermittent fasting), or those who workout at night after eating their meals. It all depends on personal preference. Protein shakes aren't even mandatory, just a supplement. It's much more suggested and cheaper to actually have 4 oz of chicken, 4 oz of steak, or 4 oz of fish, and you'll get the same protein. Gym trainers will push protein on people to meet their quota. But if that works for you, that's good.

    Idk if this is illegal, but alanaragonblog.com is written by the best nutritionist in the country, and it's got all the debunks to those nutrition myths that everyone seems to believe. It's worth checking out if you're looking to get your diet straight and maximize your potential.

    I personally don't have the time to drink a protein shake before my workout (I workout when I wake up, no later and don't have time to do it later either)
