Runescape is dying simply because they can't get new players and the new players they get feel it takes to long to level up and then the new players hear about bots (Everyone talks about it) so they search it up on the web and find PB or EB and boom your new play gets addicted to botting and not runescape itself and once the bot dies the player leaves
I believe that the current situation of Jagex is primarily based off of their inability to adapt as a company. Over the course of 10 years, the company itself has sold itself into a promise of a fair system. However the paradox is that they were so naive just as many other companies are, and the fair system that was promised simply corrupted both sides of the argument.
Whenever the question of money is introduced into an MMORPG, as a company you must be prepared for the backlash. You want to charge 10 bucks per month, that is fine, but you need to be prepared to spend 8 of those 10 bucks on security. I mean employees working round the clock researching websites that script and write bot programs, ready to combat the decay of justice in an online game.
And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.

They are...heard of the new cb updates? Where do you think they got the idea from? Hint = Wo...

For those of you arguing that jagex needs to step up their bot detection system, you do know that you are on a botting site and if jagex does anything about bots anymore from now on, it will be targeted at us? Just saying...who's team are you on?
