I got scared that i was botting a lot so jagex caught me, so immediately i clicked the link they provided to appeal.
When i opened the link , anti-virus(kaspersky) prompted me warning that it was a phishing site. Then slowly i calmed down checked the email once again , they dint even mention which rs account , so they stated Dear player . Then i realized its a good way to hack accounts . loooool

So guyz be careful out there

Stuff like this needs to be Pinned somewhere! I get these emails soooooo much so I 'm used to it but think about if you didn't have Kaspersky? You would have logged in probably and gotten hacked. It's amazing how many people DON'T have protection on their computers.

I get 2-3 of these emails every single day! Annoying really. I check my email and there is one that says that I need to verify that I am the owner of the account and a few others. One time I got one that said they wanted me to be a Player Moderator and this was my very first time getting one and this one I actually fell for.

That's why you shouldn't register on PowerBot, EpicBot, Zybez, etc.. RuneScape forums with your normal email.
