NO! It's a phish. Watch, go to the link and type in FALSE information. No matter what you put in, it will act like you logged into an account.
Have any of your accounts actually received infractions. Seems like spam to me due to the way some sentences are put together.
EDIT: Oh wow thats one pro phish then.
Or you could hover over the link and see where it really takes you without even visiting the site which would be much safer. Or go to the actual site and check to see if you have any infractions. If not you're safe. If you do then ignore the email and appeal to them straight from the official website.
I'm afraid of clicking the link.
I think it's real.. It says from: legal@jagex.com
Replied to you PM.
Learn2Internet.
99.999999999999% of all 'Jagex' emails are fake scam phishing ones.
Ignore it. It's fake.

Questions? I bet that for 98% of those, you'll find answer HERE
what you should do is create a new email address for runescape, wow and all other games, don't use it for anything else but, if you sign up to random shit, there is a chance you will get spam emails like this, even if you sign up to something like fashion stores.
I have 3 emails that I use,
my spam one, sign up for free shit etc.
Formal email- jobs, uni, family, etc.
and a gaming one, which my wow, runescape and aion are all registered to, which only receive real emails.
Bored of playing rs, and bored of botting it, why am i here?
