    Sue Jagex (Possibably)

I have an idea... you know how Jagex stores the game files and UID in your windows system folder? Well, I don't see anywhere in their terms and conditions that they are allowed to send/receive infornmation from your computer/access its files. You could kinda say that Jagex installs spyware... what is your opinion?

    Nope.

The uid could be classified as a setting that must be saved on the owner's pc

If you play on the signed applet, you had to agree at least once that they can read and write files to your computer. So no, you can't sue them.

I might read through the EULA and see if there is anything about that.

I think that by accepting the jagex security certificate in java, you signify that you accept them putting files on your comp.
