    If java isn't added to your path, Smart may not have a clue where it's installed. This is due to 32 bit systems vs. 64 bit.

    32 bit uses ProgramFiles.
    64 bit uses ProgramFiles(x86).

    download x86 JDK: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...s-1637591.html

    I still have this problem, wasted 5 hours+ trying to fix.. Anyone have any ideas?

    I've done all the smart 7.2 plugins stuff.

    Did a fresh simba download like 5 times and deleting everything.

    I tried downloading java 7 java 6 both at the same time, or just 7 or just 6...

    Did run as administator.

    Download Java SDK 32 bit even if you're using 64 bit and you mite need msvcr100.dll too.

    Default still having problems

    after my first post

    http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47714&page=46

    , i have been looking and scouring the net for a fix , i still havent found a fix . sorry there are so many different places asking for bugs / problems . Need help solving this "Fatal Error : Pairing Clients" problem , there really doesnt seem to be a fix for it it either fixes itself , or i guess you are just out of luck . Even on other forums i have looked at no one seems to have an answer .

    I still think you guys have done a great job on forum , keep up the good work .

    After 5+ hrs off and on of searching / reading ,i think i am gonna give up , i have installed , uninstalled , reinstalled , Java SDK , JRE (32 & 64 bit versions) , Simba multiple times following the tuts posted here and even watched the YouTube links from tuts also . All to no avail , and the same problem , Fatal Error : Pairing Client , Terminating Script .........

    I dont give up easily , been trying to get this working all to no avail . not gonna uninstall , just in case someone comes up with a fix before i reformat my system in the next month or so . I will check here almost daily till i do find someone that has a solution or a fix . Maybe also being in a different part of the forums might help too , just in case .

    Thanks guys ,
    Donnie

    edit1 : even after a few more hours of searching the net for info on this problem , I still havent came up with any answers . Maybe this IS something that cant be fixed .

    edit2: ok think i found the problem , with Simba v.991 S.M.A.R.T. is not included , there is a separate DL for that that has to go into the Plugins directory of Simba folder . The TUT for Simba doesnt say anything about not having S.M.A.R.T. I hope this helps for anyone new to SRL and having problems

    i now have a new problem and am searching for an answer for :

    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(275:145): Invalid number of parameters at line 274
    Compiling failed.

    Default More than ** Fatal Error: Pairing Clients** now

    i didnt know there was more than one S.M.A.R.T. to DL , i got BenLand100's from http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=87801

    there is v8.0 and 8.1 , i got both because not all of either work completely . i think the libsmart files were the culprit in one set . was having several other problems after i swapped those files most of which were coming out of the /includes/srl/srl/....... one was in the /misc/smartparams another time it was /core/antirandoms/beekeeper and then on to something else , it was one problem after another after i got SMART installed , i still havent given up on finding a solution to this , because i would really like to be able to use one or more of the Agility Scripts here on forums .

    Thank you KingKong for the input i will look for define smart8 , after my initial post , i still havent given up .

    edit: i made a comment about reformatting earlier somewhere , i have been thinking , i may have conflicts from other games / software etc. My dell came preloaded with Vista x32, and i am running Win7 Ultimate x64 . i think it may be time for the reformat after all , and try that . it may actually cure several problems .

    edit 2 : I made a decision to reformat my system and solve other issues also . I had to have had software conflicts , because after the format / reinstall of Win7x64 i loaded up Simba and ran it without ANY problems at all .

    I cant say for sure what the issues / conflicts were , but it took with first install . Ran the Agility script without any problems at all .

    I know from what i did it wont be too terribly helpful for SOME , but i bet you , if a few others tried the Windows reinstall , it just might be the ticket . Software conflicts can be a royal pain to track down .

    One thing i did have to do on a clean instal was add the M****100.dll (cant remember full name of it) and that was all .

    Thanks again guys .

    I've got the same problem. I've got JDK, and I tried the code
    program new;
    {$DEFINE SMART}
    {$i srl/srl.simba}

    begin
    ClearDebug();
    SetupSRL();
    end.

    just to try to even set this all up and im getting that same message... any ideas? ive tried running as administrator too, still no luck
    would it possibly be because on my browser (only firefox) i have scripts blocked? like i have to tell it manually each site if it can allow scripts/what scripts it can allow...
