There are 4 main controllers for SSD's to answer you:
    intel
    sandforce

    other two are shit

sandforce is great, intel is extremely good.. these are the controllers not the brand.. any brand can have any controller, if it's not sandforce or intel it's probably pretty crappy or will crap out a lot faster / won't have good performance

sandforce is what I get because it is a much better buy, normally intel SSD's are more price:GB because they have their intel controller, that one doesn't.. so I wouldn't pay that price for 120GB..

also not sure what litoris is talking about, a stock 2.6ghz would only fit into the laptop CPU category

if you don't neeeeed hyper threading
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115072
    is an amazing processor

if you really want it (which botting wise you'd probably get a good bit of more performance) I would go with either the one you picked out, or a 2600k.. yours is a bit better. That is if you want that power, if you're gaming... and doing the flash stuff you said in OP, you can get good performance on a machine 1/4th this power, so you'd be fine with a i5 2500k (the one I linked)

also depending on what you do with flash, you might need that 32GB.. however if you get by on lets say 4GB now, I doubt you'll be going over 16GB anytime soon, and that would be a good place for you to stop at, for now..
I would do 2x4GB sticks (8GB total) and if you go high on that, get 2x4GB sticks again (same ones) in a few months.. that'll give you the 16GB.. and in a few years or so.. lets say you start to be getting good at your development or whatever you're doing, and flash eats up that 16GB.. then it's time for 4x8GB sticks (32gb total) and sell those 4x4GB you got years ago, or whatever

Just posting what my final build will probably look like.. I'm going to double check the power with all the stuffs against the psu, Make sure the case can hold it all, and then I think I'm done.

You said your 570 fermi was $270 in the post, so I was just going by that price saying a 7850 would be cheaper, the one you linked is above stock clock (which means they overclocked it a bit for you, and it doesn't void warranty) so you'd get a little better performance out of it.. XFX is a pretty good video card company, they're liked mostly for their lifetime warranties but always have done a decent job at video cards too (they're not known for breaking after a week, which is always good)

Looks like a pretty good build, you'll definitely like it :P
these days (I saw you weren't sure earlier) things are very compatible, the main things to look out for is if your CPU & motherboard have the same socket, if the chipset is compatible (almost always, if socket is same, yes) and if ram is the correct kind (if you're getting decent parts, 99% of it is ddr3, and you have to go out of your way to pick the wrong ram) and your card is pcie slot (again, 99%) all your stuff looks good, shouldn't have any problems

The build on post #27 looks alright to me. Just don't get the $10 case fan since the haf912 comes with 2 fans, plus the heatsink/fan you chose comes with a free 140mm fan. So you'll have 3 case fans and a heatsink+fan, no need for another haha, 5 fans won't do you much better than 4.

Also try to find a newegg promo code for ~10% off. You'll save like $150.

Ahh, I noticed there was 2 of 4 fans already come within the case. And I didn't think about the $10 fan >.<

Plus the promo code only saves up to $100, but nonetheless is useful.

Sent in the order a little bit ago, added some cables, a mouse, and a keyboard; feeling great about it other than parting with my money! :P

    Parts arrived today.. ^.^

I'll assemble either later tonight or tomorrow (Friday night will have more time)

Should I post pics? It would seem fair, as I've asked for so much help.

I'll see how many Simba's I can get going too after all is built :>

    Thanks!!

I really like everything in there except for the CPU cooler... Plus the effort for setting/making the cooler was a little too much effort for how "cheap" it feels to me. :/ So I'll test it out a while longer and maybe send it back in.

Given this is my first official desktop build, I'd say WOW there is a lot more wires to deal with compared to building laptops.. But nonetheless, THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT ON THIS VILLAVU! Made me happpppyyy!

    Nice

Does it work? One of the most disappointing feelings in the world is when you spend time money and effort building a computer and you turn it on, and boom, blue screen of death. Applause for not getting the $200 case, the $50 works just fine. The $200 would be overkill, you would have like a cubic mile of extra space and like 10 empty dvd/hdd slots.

Yeah I'm glad I didn't get the huge SSD and the more expensive case. Feel more like a price sniping pro Kind of feel like I should get an air purifier to place next to my build so all the open air doesn't get an excessive amount dust building up.

It boots, now I just have work out tonight on how to boot from usb that has my New/Free windows ultimate OS on it.. :s So I guess I get to learn a little about BIOS?

EDIT: Also --> 2 questions (don't expect answers, more so opinions):
    1. Is Artic thermal paste (diamond/best grade) better than stock CPU thermal paste? (I'm thinking yes, in which I'll clean my stock stuff off and redo)
    2. Would water cooling be something to look into? Experiences too from anyone?

    Cheers,
    Lj!

Water cooling is expensive, and in my opinion, totally unnecessary (especially since you already have a top of the line processor.
Yes Artic thermal paste is the bomb, will definitely drop your temps. (I posted in your other thread about usb booting)

Oh right, hadn't looked at this thread in awhile and forgot you were the OP lol

Anyway, can't wait to test my computer using that feature! Didn't even know it was there.

Have fun with your new pc :3

    Thanks!

To use it, just hit the windows key and right click on 'Computer,' and then 'Properties' on the drop down menu. A screen will pop up and hit 'Windows Experience Index.' Then test it out/update it if you've not used it before/for a while.

I think this will last me quite a while, this new desktop build. Very happy and very thankful for everyone who has helped me with the build. The inputs are so much appreciated!

Granted this is a double post, but should I be concerned if I hear an occasional 'splash,' or 'sting'? (Concerned about this new build, don't need it breaking on me..)

I hear a sound every now and then that sounds like: splashing some water onto a hot skillet. A sizzle, if you will. Is this anything to be concerned about?

From what I read it could be a psu/heatsink problem, and guessing by my parts, the fan would be more at fault, no?

    Edit:
    Note my RAM is constantly under 15%;
Note my sound happens 'every now and then'
