    Default Smart window not appearing.

Hi, I have tried to compile a script with the latest simba 0.99.1 and smart v7.2.
The script compiles successfully but the smart window does not appear.
This very same script works on my other intel x64 workstation (Smart window appears as it should). However, on my AMD x86 workstation, it doesn't appear.

I have tried reinstalling simba, updating, re-copying smart 7.2, and reinstalling java 7.5.

    All help is appreciated,

    Matt

Yes, it does have {$Define Smart} at the top. And I waiting for 5 minutes.
The script I'am using is: Abu's Air Krafter Version 2 Update 3. And it runs fine on my intel pc, but the hard-drive died on my intel one. So im having to use my AMD backup for the time being.

Copy paste what it says in your Simba CONSOLE. Sounds like your JVM isn't being found.

    When the script is run:

    "SRL Compiled in 0 msec"

    When the script is stopped:

"The following DTMs were not freed: [SRL - Lamp bitmap, 1]
The following bitmaps were not freed: [SRL - Mod bitmap, SRL - Admin bitmap, SRL - Flag bitmap, SRL - NavBar Bitmap]"

Msg me your Teamviewer ID and pass and I can help you. That console output you posted is nothing at all. When smart is even called, it's supposed to show all the function exports. That two lines that you posted cannot possibly be the entire console.

I'm having the same exact problem. I was trying to use Barb Fly-Fisher by Flight. It works just fine if I use the browser but SMART will not show up at all and it doesn't say anything in the console except for some DTMs were not freed. I let it run for awhile without smart showing up and it give me a proggy saying I caught 0 fish in 10 minutes.

I just fixed it for the OP. Uninstall all things to do with Java. This includes the new Java DB.

    Install this: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...s-1637591.html

    x86

Edit your path variable to have the location of your JDK Bin.. Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_33\bin

Unrelated to this post, but thanks being so helpful to everyone, Brandon. It's not said enough and honestly needs to be said more. We really appreciate it. Be sure to thank him, everyone, if he's helped you get your Simba & SMART up and running.
