Thank you guys; So I downloaded the 32bit Java, not sure if 32bit or 64bit would make a bigger difference or not but at any rate I'm at 32fps viewing from TV.

    http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?p=848708

I used his tut and I was able to uninstall my java and reinstall the new java but it was the 32bit model, whats the difference between 32 and 64?

The main difference with 32 and 64 bit is the way it handles memory (ram)

Simba uses 32bit to run, so you need the same bit of Java. There is a 64bit Simba, but it's unstable at the moment.

Ok so I'll stay with 32bit; though my system runs off 64bit.

At any rate how do I run powerbot, since powerbot uses java 7.... I already saw what happenes when I run Java 7 and Simba/smart it really bogs down.

I run powerbot in a virtual machine only, for security. Grats guide on VMs is really worth checking out.

I'm not really sure how to switch between two different versions of Java in Windows.

Hmmm still havent been able to get 30-40 fps but I am viewing my computer from team viewer...

When I get home today I am going to look into what my upload and download speeds are; I'll look at what my simba is running, what model java I have & what is going on. I'll post my specs of my computer because I cant run the script I want to run because of this lag...

Well when you TV into a computer, you'll get horrible FPS. Especially on RS, since TV takes a lot of process when running.

I found a wolrd, world 9 that had like 38 ping and I'm at like 24-30fps with TV up and running; I been using a theiving script that hates lag nothing else is running on my computer. So I hope when I get home I'll be ok, and my FPS is more like 35-40...

Your script must have a memory leak. Theres no other reason for it to be using 1,400,000k of RAM

Is it possible it's something wrong with my Simba settings or something I didn't do properly?

Still the same FPS I logged same world; lowest ping world, I'm using Java Java 6 (6.0.330)

I have zero lag at all; what is the issue? Is it because I am in safe mode? What else should I run simba in?

I just deleted my RS cache thinking maybe that might help. Still not doing any difference. I'm very confused as to what my issue is. How do I resolve the issue?

I have to many variables -- Java? Runescape settings? Simba settings, not being updated properly or something I may have overlooked? Internet?

However my internet speeds show to be pretty decent; so I can rule that out.

Java I was told to download by footy works for him but not for me, so I doubt its Java 6 32bit.

Lastly it may or may not be my RS settings or Simba settings I dont know enough about either of the two to determine if it is or not.

    Advice is much needed.

while it is displaying your FPS you can try moving the slider on the right-hand side of SMART up and you should get a higher FPS rate.

EDIT: Just saw you are already at the highest.
All I can recommend is use lowest settings on all aspects of RS, maybe update your java to JDK6u32 and try to keep background applications to a minimum.

runescape uses that much memory. not any botting program, lol..

@OP is your graphics card getting used? you need to enable acceleration with directX or openGL, your CPU is getting capped out so unless that changes and something else takes the load off, your lag won't get better.

What temperatures is your CPU running at? When it reaches high temps they will extremely decrease in performance.

There's a HUGE leak in that script, a leak that might be looped every second unless it's been on a week straight or something, that is an insane amount of memory.

Go to visual settings or something like that, but you can't bot in directx, not yet.

Damn 1.4gb RAM for simba. There has to be a memory leak there!

So I can only use safe mode?

    http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Get the non pro version, it should say your cpu temp

it looks like you're running integrated graphics too? A cheap video card would improve your performance
