I'm really starting to get pissed at this RSDemon and the guy who makes it and anyone who buys keys (other than to try to crack it, I'm fine with that...)
Your post has several flaws. One key is nessecary per/character. That is not one key for 50 characters. That means there are 3000 characters using RSdemon, a week.

(other than to try to crack it, I'm fine with that...)
Question, If this bot is cracked then surely it'll be mass released and we'll have a lot more than the pre-existing figure of 3000 RSDemon users.

Also, if this community is strictly for SRL, why is there discussions of Runescape and even iBot? RSDemon is apart of Runescape and deserved to be freely spoken about similar to that of iBot.

The thread is for informative purposes only. RSdemon has a lot of good points, but quite frankly the negatives weigh out the positives. I'll give my final verdict after day 7. As much as I feel the majority of the abuse about the bot is being aimed at me, I'll continue to edit the post for those interested.

    1) There's already a couple threads for RSDemon...

    2) Notice how many of us react when iBot people come here?

    3) SRL is for runescape, so, duh, we're gonna talk about it?

PS: I guess you got me with the 3k auths, though

    EDIT:

Just reading back through this thread...did joshie delete his post or something? I know I didn't say this to Synthroids.

You guys ever heard the saying 'if you can't beat them, join them'? While I would never buy a bot, why not use the most efficient means of autoing available?

Who said we cant beat them?

Anyways our ways of autoing are less detectable therefore i think SCAR is alot better

I agree that its ruining RS but what can we do about it? nothing, if we refuse to use it its not going to make much difference, the only difference is we also profit from it.You can run SCAR at the same time as the bot which is what Ive been doing so its not a choice between SCAR and rsdemon.

I doubt they will solve it with more randoms.

Either stop it at the source or with an engine update. Randoms would either be solved or just accepted as a part of life for them, and they would just use other players. Which is how it is now AFAIK. A new unsolvable random so often that it would be too much to accept would piss off legits too much.

I dont like people using rsdemon, but we cant do anything about it, we just have to wait for jagex to do soemthing (which hopefully wont affect scar). I would love to see someone post a day by day progress journal about how rsdemon worked though.

I think you are wrong there...
    The negatives outweight the postives..

The the positives might outweigh the negatives for the users, the only thing they do is make money, this bot is worse than Aryan, it actually ruins RS, so, just like Aryan, it will not last for too long.

Macro'ing isn't about creating thousand accounts, auto one week on them, and get all of them banned because they auto 24/7 and are level 3, and just create them again. (we should think of a nice term for this runescape ruining/out of hand leeching)

Aryan was actually a pretty bot if you compare it with this one.
Aryan solved all randoms: Aryan was flawless.

SRL Solves pretty most of the Randoms.
SRL is creative, think about Tarajunky's LAME, lefamaster's Rune Mule, and lots of other great scripts.
I have never been banned using Scar and SRL in 8 months now.

    Isn't that flawless?

Well I don't know about anyone else, but I auto for fun. I enjoy writing scripts, but where's the fun in hitting a button once and never having to do anything else again for a week except manually solve the odd random.

I agree. For a very long time I wondered how the lvl 3s manage to get though the lvls so quickly, not get banned and not mess up, when I found out about RSDemon, I bought a pin, it got me to 60 in 2 days but it didnt feel like I had done anything, it wasnt fun, where as autoing and occasionally ligit training my WC army to 60 has been fun and satisfying, lol, Im doing it on oaks, no good willow cutters for Draynor compile for me *Cough Secet cough*

And if anyone still wants to know where he buys it from? He can get a key for 10 yuan which is around $1.30 USD. However, the site I'm looking at atm could also be reselling the keys too...

Even if we don't buy the CD key, there are 10,000 other people who are going to buy.

Oh and you guys do know that some people use RSDemon as a source of income right? Lack of jobs = lose.

Yeah, he is reselling them, he refuses to talk about the 'others'(the people who make it). I asked him about www.591gm.cn and he said they were a bunch of scammers and that all they have is a pritty site so Im guessing its them.

If you see a lvl 3 who doesnt look like its botting pm it, lvl 3s selling up in world 1, pm them. Ive met a few gold farmers this way, got 1 of thems msn addresses and he had a webcam, he was in a roon full of asains each on a computer. I asked him why he doesnt bot and he said that a person can get 10k yews in 10 hours. I also asked him how he sold his mills and for how much, he said .25c USD and its so cheap because he doesnt have american friends and that he has no bank card either, the person who buys them resells them to americans. Ohyeah, and hes 22, the other workers looked about the same age
