I've been f2p the whole June and July and when I saw you can get 1mil xp free in you're member in August and September I decided to buy membership.
Sadly on 1st August something was wrong with the billing system and I couldn't subscribe.I sent an e-mail to jagex billing support the same day and they answered on 4th August. (I managed to subscribe on 3rd August) . They told me in their e-mail I had no money on my paypal account or the country was wrong. I told them how everything was fine and that I have now missed the summer rewards and this is their answer :
Ah, good point! Glad you mentioned Sizzling Summer. If you stay a member for the whole of September you will indeed get those September bonuses, but I have some better news for you!
As far as I’m concerned, the most important thing is that you were trying to complete the subscription on time. As such, I’m not about to let you miss out on the full Sizzling Summer experience just because our systems couldn’t accept your payment at the time! I’ll therefore make sure that you count as fully eligible for Sizzling Summer for August too and can get the full rewards if you’re a member all the way to the end of September!
